She's been doing this for a long time so it comes naturally to her and that's a good thing. The hardest part is staying disciplined to do it as a lifestyle that's where most people probably don't make it. So I encourage everybody when they start to exercise and eat right program to adopt it as a lifestyle and never give up on going just like this young lady is. 💪

Also vanity….i agree with all the reasons as I’m older now I work out more for longevity, to avoid injury/aches & pains, health, mental clarity but the vanity side never leaves. No way anyone would work out like this is if their figure didn’t change to show the strength it his via muscle tone, glowing skin and tightness 😊
Hi Senada! Wow, you're on point with all 11 reasons for working out. This is why l work out 6 times a week, to me, the gym is therapy for me and l enjoy it so much. I want that eating plan! You’re the epitome of fitness! I’m tired of spending 2 hours in the gym 5-6 days a week. I want muscle growth, better than I have! Its exhausting.
After 7 years I also learned how to start from zero. For example, I can do it like extension for weight on a machine but that has weakened my ligaments surrounding it. Now I'm doing simple squats left and right to strengthen my ligaments while losing my strength
Good genetics, hard work, and a moderate dose of steroids, I have absolutely nothing against steroids, I'm 100 percent for them as long as you accept the risks involved. She looks great and has really good mobility congrats.
Yup, that was me 30 yrs ago, but let me say this, cancer knows no age or how healthy you are. I thought I was taking the best care of my body possible & that disease has taken more muscles from my body till I can't do anything I used to do. I'm angry. Happy for this young woman but just don't get to complacent.
