Ingredients (15cm tart for 1 car)
☆Tart fabric
40g unsalted butter
20g acne sugar
10g eggs
80g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
☆ Almond cream
50g unsalted butter
25g acne sugar
50g eggs
50g almond powder
☆ Custard cream
1 egg yolk
25g acne sugar
5g flour
5g strong flour
120g milk
10g unaffiliated butter
☆ Finishing
Insoluble powdered sugar
1 pack of strawberries
Arazan
mint

Pre-preparation
・ Butter the tart mold.
1. Make tart dough.
(1) Put flour and baking powder in a food processor and mix lightly.
(2) Put the butter freshly served from the refrigerator and turn until floured.
(3) Put the eggs around little by little.
(4) Wrap the wrap and apply pressure to a lump.
(5) Extend to the size of the mold between laps.
(6) Spread it on a mold and pique. (Drilling with a fork)
Place the heated heavy stones on a oven sheet.
(8) Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for about 20 minutes.
 Remove the heavy stones in half the time.
2. Make almond cream.
(1) Put the butter at room temperature in a food processor and turn it into a cream shape.
(2) Put the crack sugar around.
(3) Put the eggs little by little and turn.
(4) Put the almond powder at once and turn.
3. Put almond cream in an empty tart stand and bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.
4. Make custard cream.
(1) Put half the amount of sugar in the milk and warm until just before boiling.
(2) Add the yolks and the remaining sugar to a bowl and mix well with the whipper.
(3) Sift and mix the flour and the flour.
(4) Add a portion of the warmed milk and mix well, and return it to the milk.
(5) Simmer over medium heat at once.
(6) Put in a bowl, wrap and let cool.
When it gets cold, mix and smooth and put it in a squeeze bag.
5. complete
(1) Apply insoluble powdered sugar around the completely cooled tart.
(2) Squeeze the custard cream.
(3) Decorate with strawberries, arazan and mint.

丸に伸ばす方法がわかりました!タルト生地が焼けてるかのタイミングは紙がはずれないなら、もう一度焼く とかなるほどね~。材料もスーパーに売ってそうだし、しかもクリームはカスタードだけだから、ヘルシーですよね。生クリームとバターを使うのって勇気いるんですよ♪こちらのチャンネルは気軽に作れそうなレシピばかりなので、あと私も きび砂糖派なので、すっごく参考にさせていただこうと思います。
