Make your own Gin in 20 mins!  

This week I've taken a bottle of vodka and used my Instanta Sous Vide to make the most amazing flavoured Gin. Flavoured with juniper berries, coriander seeds, grapefruit and cardamon, this gin is tastier than some of the £40 bottles I've tried. Give it a go and let me know your favourite flavour combos!
