Farrow and Ball is no stranger to the design world. They've been making paint and wallpaper for way longer than I've been born, and their colors are notoriously rich with saturation. A white paint color like Pointing doesn't have that saturation, but it remains one of the most popular white paints that the company makes. Allow me to crack the code on No 2003 Pointing, and give you some coordinating colors for it too!

Would be nice if you could identify which paint would show in a east facing, west facing, north facing, or south facing room.

I loved the color pointing but I also love Benjamin Moore paint and it was easier for me to get. So I went with the closest match to pointing I could find which is BM Mascarpone. The color has a beautiful luminosity. I'm now thinking of painting my kitchen cabinets this color. But yes, I'll test it out 🙂

For a few days now, I’ve been seriously considering of repainting my headboard side of bedroom wall again. The color on this wall, it’s this color called Iced Mocha, a taupe-y like latte coffee brown color that, yes it is a gorgeous color but given the sense of lighting I have in this bedroom, it’s rather dark. And the other three walls are a Swan White. And since I just watched this video, I’ve about decided to bring the wall back to a good, bright and glowable white color and…I think Warm White just might do the trick. But then again, I still need to keep watching and considering my options on this decision of mine. 🙂

This is a beautiful colour, might consider it for my shady home. I have some offcuts of drywall to try a few whites out and move around.

If you have wainscoting on your walls, do you have to paint it white white or you can use a white like arcadia from Behr?

Hi there, really need some advice. Bought a home and i need to know which paint finish do i use for an Open Concept Kitchen/ Living Room/ dining room that share the same ceiling. I searched everywhere and there's no info anywhere on that. Went to 3 paint stores and no one knew what to really answer besides the typical " kitchens should be this finish and living room should be that finish and so on...lol

I would look into product called Aura_ Bath and spa" which is matte finish, strong paint and would work well in all areas. Other options could icluded basic Benjamin moore- Matte, classic or regal select. I feel the old classic formula was better quality.

Not F&B lol great color but not F&B heard too many bad things about it and don’t sell it where I live. LRV close to BM Oxford White only there’s no red in it.
