Making a 1950s Apron So I Can Bake Cookies

Do you ever just wake up with that urge to bake? Same. But I'm super messy, so I decided to make a vintage 1950s style apron to do so. Featuring me almost having a breakdown, that was super fun. Turns out I need to start making plans and stop flying by the seat of my pants. New Year's Resolution? Probably not.
I swear I can actually bake, but by the time I had finished I was way too exhausted! Someday I'll show you.

I totally get your frustration with certain projects. Great job sticking with it though. I think your re-worked version came out even better than your original idea. Adorable!

Fun and easy to make on any type of machine. Even the cheapest mechanical ones. They must be joking about the price. Pinafore aprons can be made for next to nothing with fabric outlet remnants.

Sorry to be responding waaaay late (I haven't been on RU-vid in a while!). When I say the price, it includes cost of labor. I do this for myself, to value my work, as well as for others to realize just how cheap fast fashion is. The cost of fabric was not actually that expensive, but working without a pattern and making it up as I went took a lot of time! If I were making it to sell, I would of course have streamlined the process a bit.

Beautiful Apron. Can you provide pattern no please?

I didn't use a pattern, I made it up as I went, hence my indecisiveness! :)
