We are a team of two brothers that creates handcrafted knives. From the initial designing and grinding of the steel blanks to the final sanding of the handle, each step of the process is done by hand, which makes every knife that comes out of our shop 100% unique. In all of our blades, we strive to combine the clean lines of modern design with excellent performance, so that your knife will do its job properly and look great in the process.

Holy crap. A masterpiece. I could watch you make knives for hours. Your voiceover is excellent for a layman like me, and the editing and production is great. I would love to own a cheese knife like this. Amazing.

Why do you make 1/4” pin holes and then use 1/8” pins? I know it’s good to have a little room, but with that much I wouldn’t think the pin would help anything stay in place.
@StarkKnives
@StarkKnives 3 года назад
I like the extra room for epoxy to get in and provide a better bond to the knife. :)

Awesome job man. I have a question about quenching do you heat up your oil when you quench? Keep up the good work
@StarkKnives
@StarkKnives 3 года назад
Yes I do! I’d look up the ideal temperature range for whatever oil you are using. 👍🏼
