Great video Dave. I have tried a similar project & like you I found the cnc was going too far to the right & leaving a very thin piece that could break off. How did you modify your design, by altering the G code ? I am using Vectric Aspire. Any help will be appreciated

Sorry to here about your heart attack. Know how you feel, I had three and three stent surgery last year to fix the blockages. Thanks for sharing your work. Question, I noticed you made the chest piece rather large, are you going to scale it down for a chess set?
