Time for WOOD! Well.. plywood (slightly less exciting) but 100% necessary!
In this week's episode, we insulated the floor of our van with the "DODO MAT DEADN DUO ROLL" and custom cut and fit our 12mm plywood flooring. Both serve no cosmetic purpose to the van and will be hidden, BUT is entirely necessary to the build process!
Watch Brad's amazing electric saw skills, as he expertly (bit of a stretch) moves our build to the next stage!

Thank you! It's not an overnight project I can promise you that 🥲, 2 years of planning and saving to get us to this stage, but entirely worth it. If you make a plan and give yourself time then anything is possible 😇

Did you just drill straight Into the metal floor struts? Does the screw go all the way through to the underside of the van? Not worried about water ingress or rust? Just starting our Caddy conversion
