Making a Diver Helmet from Fallout 4 

Fear not Wastelander, finally there is a build for your underwater Fallout Cosplay needs. In this video I show you how to make the Far Harbor Diver Helmet from Fallout 4 out of a EVA floor mat foam, 4 mm and 2 mm craft foam, 3/8 inch EVA dowel, 1/2 inch PVC, and a and 2 1/2 inch PVC elbow joints. Though it is not water proof and definitely will not help you in any deep sea adventures, it does look really cool.
