Dave, Did you put magnets on both piece, or just a washer on one? Your plans do not show a two sided cut on bottom.

Dave, This doesn't directly pertain to the Dustshoe. What's your opinion of you dust collector and did you add a second stage? I was thinking about getting that one.

Is the dust shoe bristle to stiff or ok so far I want to make one

The new dust shoe worked well for a while but the brushes were too stiff so I made another one using softer brush material. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Df1kSbcNh8w.html
