Empires of the Undergrowth creator and developer Liam Comerford talks to ANTCON 2023 about making a game about ants. I highly suggest to implement the feature to prevent egg laying on some areas, to prevent workers from dying when the anthill is under attack, that would also make the game more mobile.

44:14 Lmao I remember that!, I was looking for EotU on my old tablet when I was younger and I had downloaded that app, can't remember anything important other than me deleting it after loosing intrest on that still image (Game title and the Formica Ereptor queen), the tablet now was shattered like years ago, thank my old bed for that lol.

When will 3.1 and it’s defeat the enemy queen challenge that happens after you beat it get made easier? Both on easy mode are very difficult and I doubt that you took into account that majority of the supplies from 1-2 are lost due to the move.

Have you ever considered doing one around wasps or bees? It would be an amazing sequel, three dimensions instead of two while showing off the many different species! Weather would be a factor to prevent forraging, hanging spider webs could be obstacles in the yard/garden map, dragonflies or birds intercepting them in midair... It would be the only game of it's kind!

@@kaitoplak4359 Current game engines can handle that! Plus with a map that big you'd only need one, just gove the option for random spawns and it'll have replayability!
