Hey SOS! W asked the same. thing - to be honest with you the idea scares me! There’s a jillion compound curves in making up a face from flat foam. It’s out of my comfort zone for sure! LOL I almost bought the mask online though, and was going to attach it.

I'm not trying to be mean or anything, just interesting knowledge, so, with that said, the "ninja", probably didn't really exist at all the way most people think, though, certain people skilled in espionage or assassinations were hired, and the typical ninja mask actually looks fairly similar to standard headware of the time(assuming this is roughly medieval ish), and, a guy sneaking around in all black armed to the teeth, isn't gonna blend in anywhere ever, but, someone walking around in typical clothes with a vile of poison hidden on them blends right in. So, ninjas as most people know them, don't really make any sense and are probably more fantasy than reality, I do admit they can be pretty cool though, even if they don't make much sense

Thank you for the nice words! I use mostly contact cement, but I also use a small amount of super glue sometimes. Hi Alex, I dont think so because the top of the helmet needs to be shaped and I don’t think you can shape cardboard.
