Absolutely 0 flavour - your water will add extra taste. It’s not strictly necessary, especially if making it at home

I am a chemist and I didn’t understand everything he added. What was that he added in the measuring cylinder? I haven’t heard 200 proof alcohol in Europe. Americans use their BS units.
