Can anyone provide a description of the measurements step by step for the skirt? I am confusing myself with these measurements. How much is laid out to start at 4:00 time stamp? That does not look like 24yrds spread out.

Hello :) this dress is so beautiful! I have a question, is it 4 layers (three full layers and one with the 15 inch piece attached) of 24 yards gathered to 8 yards for each layer? Could you explain a bit more how the layers for the skirt part are attached to each other once the gathering to 8 yards is done for each layer? I'm a bit confused how to go from the gathered 8 yards to the 26inch waist measurement on the mannequin. Are the 8 yards folded to make them smaller and then attached? Or wrapped in a circle for the layer? Please could you help? Thank you :)

I can't get my tulle to stand up on the bodice, it keeps falling down. It's not clear to me how you've attached the tulle to the bodice. Did you sew the tulle along the top too?
