Are you weird and would like a full talk about my minecraft world I built in a year? Check this video!: • Video My Twitter Dump! ► / scribblyhoots Outro music provided by the lovely talented Nihilore! www.nihilore.com/
Who else gets a rush of nostalgia every time you hear the old Minecraft soundtrack? Like, Mice on Venus starts playing and you just remember it all; playing Garden Warfare with friends, Splitscreen Halo with a sibling or cousin, the lowest quality headsets known to man, burning down Woodland Mansions on a 360/PS3 Minecraft world with your friends. It’s so goddamn nostalgic. And then the music stops and you realize it’s 3 AM.
Ok so i've been playing vanilla+ modded minecraft for quite a while, i can recommend a couple of things: On the mod side: You already got my favorite one, Terralith, but i suggest you try playing around with fabric mods (instead of optifine) for performance optimizing. From what i have seen and experienced myself -sodium + Iris + other sodium addons at your discretion - seem to improve frame rates and loading times much more than optifine (usually). On the texture side: There is a texture pack i really like that i usually add to all my installs of minecraft called Vanilla Tweaks. It's basically a fully customizable resource pack that you can modify to have any features you want like: grass sides, better leaves, changes to the UI, and a ton of other small or large changes. It is honestly so cool!
Hi, youtube i have never heard of you before but youtube has been relentlessly reccing this video all evening to me, and i have to say vibes are p good and professional. I wan to try that shader but also mid way through when you were looking for a texture pack i got excited thinking, oh nice, i have been using Stay True forver, maybe this will be a new staple for me, but then then you also went Stay True :D
glad you could discover our lord and saviour terralith they aren't necessarily "relaxing", but it does have sister mods for each of the dimensions (Incendium for the Nether and Nullscape for the End) which provide their own stunning landscapes if you're interested
Minecraft is just a great pick for comfy game. Also that survival world looks amazing, you must've put in a lot of efforts into all of those For mods I'd recommend, I remember there's this mod called "Sound Physics Remastered" which basically works the way you probably think it would: better sound physics! doesn't really add much into the visual side of things but there's just something surreal about having echoes in caves and other sound experiences which I loved when I tried it out. Another mod I could recommend is "Ambient Environment" which adds some color noise to the landscape. It doesn't add much but it does make the world feel more natural with the slightly different shadings on different spots. May want to check if the mods are compatible, not really sure about that
