Every day I make dinner for myself and my partner , for the last year I have cooked the same amount of food but made it into three dinners , a little less on each plate but still plenty. I give the extra plate to our 87 year old neighbour. It's always served around the same time so he knows when to be home. He loves a little chat and has a nice hot meal. It also means I know he is home and safe for the evening. It works!
