I'm glad I never got a pellet smoker. Once I found out about gravity smokers, it was a no-brainer for this reason exactly

I probably would’ve if this was a how to video. It was just experimental. The temp was 200 and as for time, I always smoke anything until I at least get a safe internal temp of 165 while also getting the bark that I prefer.

I normally clean them up pretty well but ended up trying it without removing the nasty stuff this time just to see how it was.
