My traeger is old school (only has 3 settings...smoke, medium, & high) so temps/cooking time can vary pending on the ambient temp. That being said, that day on high it got to around 400* & seared them for about 5 minutes per side. Then turned down to smoke (ran around 180-200*) for about an hour.
