40g of yolk, 10g of sugar, half a vanilla bean, 20g of milk, 35g of flour.
70g of white, 40g of sugar
25g of cream cheese, 10g of sugar, 100g of whipped cream.
1) Mix the yolk with sugar and vanilla bean and add milk.
2) Add the flour and mix evenly.
3) Smooth out the white meringue without sugar.
4) Divide sugar three times to complete the hard meringue.
5) Add half of the meringue to the yolk and mix with a whisk.
6) Add the rest of the meringue and mix it gently so that the meringue does not die with a spatula.
7) Apply butter on a heated pan and wipe it off.
8) Squeeze the cake dough into a pan, add 3 minutes more, cover it with a 2 minute lid and bake it.
9) After turning the cake upside down, bake it for another four minutes~!!
10) Prepare fruits to eat with.
11) Release the cream cheese at room temperature and mix with sugar.
12) Add whipped cream and whip it to the extent that it flows.
