When it comes to synth wave presets, choosing the right synthesizer for the job is an important thing. One of my personal favorites for these types of sounds is Arturia Jup-8 V.
If you have Arturia's V Collection, there are a lot of different synthesizers to pick from, each have their own charm and workflow. I personally use different synths for what gets the job done the best.
While it is absolutely possible to make synth wave in any synthesizer out there. I really like the results I get with Arturia's Jup-8 V
