Malaysia History has been totally wipe off and what we learn are what our government want us to know. Where are the truth and why our Government are afraid of our past which tell who we were, where we were, what happened. Malacca history of historic figures like Hang Tuan and brothers are gone. Tell the History as we are all Malaysian and that Malaysia was multiracial and multi religions then but no matter what our past, there is no shame in telling the true story and not lie.
Chinese & Indians never deny where their ancestors came from life was truly tough when they first arrived & they sacrificed themselves for the future of their children, we shall not be shameful of our origin.
As a MALAYSIAN I support MALAYSIA. why not teaching the coming generation the truth, answer can be very simple, when they have brain but no intelligent, they will be easier to control & manipulates. “Fare” never really existed before, rules & regulation can be fix if we lucky & brave enough; but culture that formed very hard to be revive. Hopefully new government know what they should do to bring us all Malaysian toward better Malaysia.
Agree! The only reason I know about this issue is because my Sejarah teacher is from Sarawak. Otherwise I would've gone through my whole secondary school life never knowing the truth
Well it's not just Malaysia history. It's the world history that we learned what 'they' want us to learn. We live in 'their' world. It's all about 💰 and power today. We're the minorities get discriminated.
I think it's not a Malaysian problem tbh, every history education in the world is biased. If I remember right, even Japan didn't include the part where they bombed pearl harbor. Winners are the ones that create history amirite?
I hope & pray that Sabah and Sarawak gain its Independence and let its people decide their own future and not be submitted to the bias rules of West Malaysia. #SupportBorneoExit
When my friend from the Peninsular said " I feel poor " I laughed 😂 just come to Sarawak Oh yeah 5% is not enough, atleast 30% why? Because 60% of oil come from Sabah and Sarawak One more problem, if we speak up, we got jailed which is truly Sacrilegous

That is very true. People in Malaysia rever Mahathir so much as if he is a savior to Malaysia. However, he is just a cunning and treacherous politician exploiting the people and enjoying his life of privilege as a part of the aristocracy. Just because there's no obvious corruption doesn't mean there's no exploitation.
Disagree as both are the same kind as Ajib learned from the great grand master of Malaysia Chess game himself therefore is equally BAD. One thing that Ajib has forgotten about his lessons of his Sifu is that everything must be done under the table and not over the table that landed him into such difficult situation like now. One small but serious mistake make alot of differences.

As a sabahan, going to malaya and being treated as if we aren’t Malaysian is considered a normal thing to us already, thats the sad truth.Hell most of us get looked down upon, joking about how we live on trees and all.The bad thing is that not only are we forgotten, but we are only remembered for being ‘underdeveloped’.We barely get enough funding from the government to fund our own development and most of the money that we generate especially from oil rigs goes straight to malaya. As an example,Malaya has high tech mrt,lrt and all that stuff while we only have the keretaapi built by the British bruh
Trash the Malaysia Agreement 1963(MA63) in ICJ or UN. Sabah and Sarawak can easily separate from Malaya without doubt. You can have your whole income and resources. You will never look down because Malaya can no longer intervene.

@@pilihanku9261Why is it electronics is more cheaper in Peninsular Malaysia compare to Sabah and Sarawak? While Sabah and Sarawak contribute more for Malaysian economic.
@@corona-iw1ll You have to study the commercial status of Sarawak. Who control the retail of electronics. It is a monopolised by Chinese retailers. What the govt can do is get koperasi involved in retail to provide competition. In KL is cheaper because of competition. @@pilihanku9261 well, it is true that Selangor is the biggest contributor for Malaysian economic. Pelajar X Yes. We MALUSIA are mocking the Borneo people because our MA63 is very much favorable to us peninsula which is our continuous achievements of stealing most of your resources income to fund the developments in peninsula only.
Haih.....you gave but do you realise that most of your state resources are being drained and siphoned by one particular guy in Sarawak?? Take that guy down first and you will see results. Billions have been spended by the federal government to build schools and yet year by year we keep hearing about the poor conditions of school facility. @Dark of the knight Huh? It's not Impossible? It's very much possible. When 1963 Malaysia Agreement (MA63) was abolish upon the request of Indonesia or Philippines in ICJ. Malaysia will return to Malay Peninsula only without Borneo. 🤣😅😂
Yes,it was 16 September 1963 that Malaysia came into being comprising of Malaya, the two Borneo territories and Singapore. That day was conspicuous because it also happened to be PAP leader Lee Kuan Yew's birthday. In fact many people do not know that Lee Kuan Yew was one of the founding fathers of Malaysia an historical fact always being in the denial by Umno.He was one of the signatorials of the 1963 Maaysian Agreement. The Borneo States of Sabah and Sarawak were guaranteed of their rights under the 1963 Malaysian Agreement. One of those rights was the continued usage of English as the official language without a time frame. The other was the oil royalty which of course Umno did not honour it with the passing of the Petroleum Act of 1974 in parliament. Then there was the obsolute right of Sabahans and Sarawakian on religious freedom. But this was never honoured by the Alliance and then BN goverment. What was to come was a tragedy for the former Borneo States.Their rights were being trampled upon with the passing of the 1976 National language Act which was done without consultation with the major stakeholders and the people of Sabah and Sarawak. Then the Petroleum Act of 1974 robbed off the oil royalty that was promised to Sarawak but at only five percent and that was not even honourd in later years. Malaysia came into being on 16 September 1963 because Sabah and Sarawak were being promised by the Alliance goverment that their rights will be well taken cared of.But this pledge was being broken by Umno in later years. It was the Cobbold treaty and the referendum that the people of Sabah and Sarawak decided to join Malaysia.Even Robert Kennedy was there to ascertain of the referendum. Our federal leaders what now with a new goverment taking charge should honour the 1963 original Malaysian Agreement and it is time they do something about it.
If you ever considered only East Malaysia suffering, you’ll be wrong. Minorities and tribes in the West too face discrimination against the Malays because of the policies and a term called “Bumiputera”.

In 1961, the Tunku also stated that Brunei would also be consulted re. their interest in joining the Federation, alongside Singapore, Sarawak and North Borneo. Brunei's subsequent rejection of the Federation was put down to the Sultan wanting to be Malaysia's Head of State on a permanent basis- but I would argue that it had just as much to do with his fear that KL would take the lion's share of oil revenues, which were beginning to trickle into the Brunei's coffers at the time. Looking at how Sabah and Sarawak were treated by KL, he was proven right. Instead the Sultan seems to trust Singapore's Chinese leaders more than his fellow Malays in KL, in that Brunei and Singapore have a monetary union, and will assist each other when each other currencies are threatened.
I am wondering, since Singapore seperated from the Malaysian State, did Sabah and Sarawak rethink the Malaysia set up at that time as well? Just curious...

Malaysia is rich because Sarawak and Sabah and yet they don’t compensate those peoples. Justice and Rightful Compensation for the Tausug peoples of The Philippines.
After more than half a century suddenly Sarawakians and Sabahans realised this? What politicians did you have? Are they still involved in politics in Sabah and Sarawak? After so many years of corruption suddenly they are now awake?
The ruling government, since the 80's, have been neglecting development in Sabah & Sarawak (at least not the level of development enjoyed by most states in Semenanjung), that's a fact. But, somehow they chose to the same PM who came with that policy, again! So now, we really should consider to renegotiate with our brothers & sisters from Sabah & Sarawak on how to develop the country as a whole. However, please don't blame leaders from Semenanjung alone. Those leaders from Sabah & Sarawak, from the previous government, I believe that maybe.. just maybe, they didn't do their job really well (the same leaders are still ruling nowadays..). Otherwise, how come Sarawak can have ultra-rich Ex-CM? So, we must put a side our differences and really think and agree to continue growing as a whole. And please, please laa.. don't start labelling Semenanjung as Malaya. Labelling wont do any good. We'll end up like children, blaming others by saying.. he started it!
Keep it up RAGE...understand that peoples of power in Malaya wants this issue to go away...but videos like this are needed to keep this issue alive until all Sabahans and Sarawakians receive their fair share of the economic wealth
At the end of the day, many Sarawakian leaders who are currently in the opposition would rather vote the partisan way than for the future of the people they serve. GPS(SUPP, PBB, PRS, PDP) MPs didn't support the amendment on the bill in parliament earlier this year- citing that the amendment didn't fit their requirements and that PH was rushing it. However, they provided little (meaningful) insight into the changes they wanted. As opposed to the Undi18 amendment that seemed beneficial for both the government and opposition- more so for the latter actually, many BN and BN friendly Sabah & Sarawakian MPs abstained from voting in favour of the amendment. If they had succeeded in amending it, it would have seemed like a win for the PH government (though it really would have been a bipartisan success). Perhaps they didn't want the government to succeed where they hadn't for the past few decades- which is a real shame. I hope the Liew Vui Keong will attempt to make the amendment again, this time with more bipartisan engagement. Hopefully, the genuine concern GPS MPs have for their people will supersede their need to protect their own political futures. And it's high time Taib Mahmud meet the MACC man. Crony or not, this man has stolen enough from the people he was supposed to serve.
The Malaysia that was formed isn't the Malaysia we plan and hope. Sarawak and Sabah has they're own rights and should be a *PROVINCE* where we will be more focus on our development instead of giving more wealth to west malaysian

This is my opinion, but personally, I think Najib is better than Mahathir. Why? When Najib was the PM; 1) our economy was quite stable. (yes it was not at the best state, but better than right now) The tax is not too high or too low too. In other country, their tax is waay higher than the GST we have back then. (rn the tax, SST is even higher than GST in the past haha) 2) I don't really see any big problem between the Muslims and the other people who practiced other religions such as Buddhism and Hinduism. Look at the current state of Malaysia now. The most popular conflict that's still ongoing between the ppl who practice different religions and the Muslims is the boycott campaign where muslims & malays boycott non muslim & non malay products. 3) furthermore, not just the religion in Malaysia is affected, language and even race is affected too. In terms of language, ppl for some frickin reason, hates the jawi which is just a way of writing malay using arabic alphabets and wants it to be removed from the education system. Example of conflict between races is between malays and indians about the case of Muhammad Adib that hasn't yet been solved. There's so much more bad thing that has happened after Najib is no longer the PM. In a nutshell, while it may be true that they are like basically two sides of the same coin, one side which is the bottom is better even though its at the bottom since u will be able to determine the value of the coin since it tells u at the bottom example 50 cents, but the other side which is at the top, even though looks nice with the cool shapes and stuff, it wont really be able to help u determine the value of the coin. p.s: again this is just my opinion and im just a lil 14 year-old-boi (might be too young to think about politic but i wanted to give my opinion since the Malaysia's politic getting worser everyday)
The main problem is the sarawak and sabag mp themselves..every year milions of allocation are given but you can see for example the school condition in rural area are still poor... pouring more water to a punctured bucket will do nothing

Many in PH now, from BN before know this story. Especially in those in ages 60 and above. West Malaysia Federal Govt had know this all along, you see the mega palm oil estates In East Malaysia currently owned by West Malaysian companies since then, leaving alone Petronas zooming in Sabah & Sarawak to take advantage to harvest. Even then East Malaysian had practically bullied. Some then East Malaysian branded the West Malaysian as Orang Semanjung yang angkuh. Yayasan Sabah having much funds gone broke with BN taking control. Chief Minister of Sawarak going into richest. How do you think that Malaysia election in early 80s' were funded to bring victory to the then BN Govt. Today the same people sound like angels and saviour to equality. I must praise Najib for having made effort to recognize East Malaysia by allowing 16th Sept as public holiday and effort to allow development of infrastructure in East Malaysia which was not attended by the then premier of the 80s'. History cannot lie.
Although I find this video to be quite under reseached (It should have been longer to understand the full scope of this situation instead of just wholeheartedly blaming it on petronas taking 95%) I'm sadden that this video didn't got much traction, because if I never watched it I would have never have known this existed. Regardless, as a Sarawakian I am GREATFUL that this popped in my recommendations
We should come out with new agreement or accord regarding relationship between all states and territories with federal government. The departure of Singapore left so much questions and ambiguity about the structural integrity of Malaysia at all.
The Cobbold Commission did not reported Sabahans mostly in favour of the formation of Malaysia. 1/3 agreed. 1/3 was unsure, another 1/3 was against the idea all together. And somehow, they took it as majority agreed. We got a merger without real consent.
kena kaji lagi ni....dalam perjanjian tu apa lagi yg ada dalam tu... trakut ada yg lagi penting tapi kita org melayu n agama islam x tahu... kita xleh main sokong ikut dan jek... tunjukkan keseluruannya kepadfa rakyat!! sbb pada aku ph sekarang pun banyak sangat benda yg dia nak buat yg bersalahan denga n perjanjian dan matlamat kemerdekaan Newgara Kita!!
Ni aku baru tau.. seriously iam truly feel sorry for sabah n sarawah, but to be honest.. i don't think PH can keep up their promises.. there is no hope in them, they just giving us flying word without a true action.
isn't that easy to get what you want. All the damages that BN have done to the government.malaysia have been blinded by najib money instead of spending the money for the development.i agreed ph didn't do much progress, but if najib continue his job then malaysia would go bankrupt. The way he spending the government money is wasteful.it's your own fcking fault to let najib run the country, look at malaysia now.no fcking progress
