@@DTB1995 yep. Free thinkers or people who don't swallow MSM media are labeled conspiracy theorists and paranoid freaks. It is all by design ,CIa made the label to try and shame people after the JFK assassination. Keep fighting the good fight brotger, spread the word and keep faith
I disagree. Press is as good now as it has ever been. Everyone knows that media bias exists now. When X was being cancelled, majority of America has no clue...and didn't want to know.
Vladimir Peter but atleast Fox has debates with the left. CNN won’t do that and anytime they have it is always edited down or manipulated to their liking. But this isn’t just about the left and the right. Right now this is about dividing the country. The news is constantly dividing us. At the moment they are trying to divide the white from every other race and at the same time dividing whites against themselves because you have idiototic white people protesting for blacks saying we are so much better then you with our white privileged, that you need us, because you can’t do anything with out us. Then you have real black people that are disgusted by all of this because they do not have a victim mentality and they can see reality for what it is, they are not oppressed.
I'm not the poorest white person and I cannot go where Obama goes or Al Sharpton, or Colin Powell, or Oprah Winfrey and other elite blacks can go. This was a brilliant speech in its day but it is now 50 years outdated. There is, however, a 3rd faction keeping all others down today.
At least in thought. He should have dealt with his enemies & people he disagreed with more strategically and he might still be here. Sometimes you can't battle an enemy head up. This man was real deep. Have we seen anyone with the likes, fortitude and influence of malcolm & king?
Leigh Goodwin, MBA wouldn’t have mattered how strategic he tried to deal with his enemies, the gov would’ve always had a hand in the works and black people in your own tent will always sell you out to some degree. We look at Nipsey Hussle today and once again, there’s always a traitor in the camp.
The Left has always known about the media bias. It took the right 60 years to partially figure it out and believes it is biased left. The media bias is who ever pays the most. I will go further. The media should always be taken with a grain of salt. The fact we are seeing the police brutality without some story this time is because the kids have cameras out documenting the truth. You can't hide that and I am willing to bet the police will start jamming electronic signals to control PR. Finally. If you are on the right or the left. Especially don't buy the news like MSNBC, CNN or FOX or AONN they want to placate you. They will tell you what you want to hear.
_One of the attributes I admire about Malcolm X is his refusal to become too emotional when his opposition tries to use their illogical logic against him. Mr. X goes for the educational throat and doesn't let go._
Yes , don't watch cnn, fox, ANY of those new outlets . They all bl0w each other behind closed doors and PRETEND to be enemies. The left vs right fight is a LIE
@Justin Case right. It's all about truth what really happened to black people? Who are they? Thy creator of such beings? Jesus really being black..all the gods of ancient history tell me.. what is black lives matter?
Malcolm X said "The media's the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent they control the minds of the masses
this man was so right about everything he said. no wonder they painted him as such a radical. if everyone had listened to him the system would have been rebuilt long ago. he was so aware of the world around him and was so educated about it. thank god we can still access these speeches because they still hold so much weight.
I was told years ago that this man was too radical, but once I started listening to him... Fuck man. There is a reason media never covers this man. He is far too real with it.
Much of this doesn't ring true in 2020 though, it did then, the media isn't telling black people they're free, it's the opposite. The line about the richest white person can go where the richest black person can't isn't true now also. I do believe though he'd be speaking some relevant and true statements right now if he was still around, tailored to the times obviously.
And they shot him...MLK....JFK. Anyone who bucks the establishment. I pray for AOC. These others were before my time...she's the only politician I ever liked and the border patrol pigs post fake images of her being raped. Seems like any honest politicians get death sentences. I believe they are all conspiracy by the establishment. Not madmen. This is a brutal society...all empires crumble from within.
@@finalrambobino I don't know what your referring to Corporations cost America millions of jobs and she's not tied to them because she didn't take their money to fund her campaign.
@@finalrambobino im still not sure what your talking about...in any event I'm not 100% for or against anyone on all issues....if you watch her interview entitled "lightning round game" you will see how she clearly demonstrates that large publically held companies fund campaigns and have lawmakers basically paid off to write laws. US government is basically as corrupt as a 3rd world nation. The politicians are owned by corporations. She did not take their campaign funds. This is very relevant...no strings.
Blah blah blah. Not only would Malcolm X look 55 years after his death and see how Black Americans did nothing for their people except overtake arts and sports and see NO promotion of Egyptian roots...he never once condoned anarchy. It's a shame so many Black voices right now have the strength and power to lead other Black Americans but are so clouded by "racism" that they make ZERO progression. Mr. X also says to oppose thoughts against your already current views? That's what Hitler Youth became and we see where that led..
@@@intrepid-crossing2356 WHITE PEOPLE DID THE SAME THING,CHECK THE HISTORY! Let's start with Black Wall Street in Oklahoma, Rosewood Florida, the Native Indians, the list goes on and on about what white people did i and continue to do,
I didnt see problem with MLK. But this also why you broaden your Horizons. Ever wonder why people through the ages read many types of philosophy even those they didn't like
True until after Malcom Raheem Allah, was assassinated and Dr. King became anti Vietnam war and interested in the plight of poor people/workers ; at that point Dr King became a danger to the system as well.
I was young when he spoke truth to so many. I learned how and why to respect and support each other. His speaches should be mandatory learning for our young. This country needs him today.
The public school lesson plans won't emphasize this fellow so, YOU have to in your home. He could think & he was very articulate. Looking/listening to kids today I just shake my head! Its up to us to teach our kids properly.
DynamicWorlds I guess you’re right to an extent because socialism has really been used and abused by communists... but I’m sure you understand how it can leave a sour taste in your mouth. He wasn’t a Marxist.
They’ll just kill the next guy like him...you ever heard of Qaddafi the Libyan president..he was Close like Malcolm X they killed him a few years back.
When Malcolm X said that the first thing people in a war takes over is the radio is dead on ahead of his time. Exactly what happened in Yugoslavia and Serbia in the 90s
His words have helped me, as a white person living in the US, better understand the consciousness of black people as a whole people. I've had individual black friends growing up but I never understood how the system works differently so I was confused hearing about "the struggle". Now I see it certainly is a struggle and one that hasn't gone away. It's also one that definitely won't be solved by the same government that created such a problem in the first place.
We should follow Malcolm’s philosophy today. We don’t have to worry about them killing him so it would put the oppressor in a position where they would have to defend themselves to a powerful black ghost.
"All media exist to invest our lives with artificial perception and arbitrary value." [Understanding Media:The Extensions of Man, Marshall McLuhan, 1964, Ch. 20: The Photograph, p. 179]
@@debbie-anngross8162 ... More like nooses already taut... I whole heartedly urge you to read, at least twice: Understanding Media: The Extensions of Man, by Marshall McLuhan. The injury is deeper than you can currently diagnose... becuz you're injured too...by way of being human. Any human who has a limb amputated is injured, it is not a moral, racial, or class related issue. Think of a human psyche as a mental body; it too can suffer amputation just as real as losing an arm or leg.
We only had one job and that was to protect our God-sent leader, but we did not. Instead we betrayed him and wished death upon him. We haven't had a leader since. Woe unto those that betrayed our SHINNING PRINCE, for you have been cursed to suffer great pain and devastation all the days of your lives and beyond. May the memories and energy of our SHINNING PRINCE continue to be with us.

This is what we need in the world. Someone powerful enough to tell us these things without selfishness. I wish Malcom's legacy wasn't tarnished in America so he could be taught just as much as MLK jr.. Instead, we learned in school he was a civil rights radical...
look what they do to those who speak the truth.....this is how they keep good men from calling out the lies. we are cowards deep down and 'they' know it.
I guess one can only be out of his mind if he hates a man like MALCOM .. even though iam not Amirecan but still I can't stop my self from admiring him as a great human being.. a great thinker .. a great freedom fighter... you can learn some serious life lesson from him ...
Many "African Americans" are natives. Heck, even after the country was taken over, many tribes were a conglomeration of blacks and "indians". I wonder why black natives and those who joined native tribes were excluded from the reparations...
Yes sir. He had to represent his race though. He could only speak of what he knew for himself. Most people don’t realize that it took legislation AND court decisions for Native Americans and even Mexicans for them to receive their civil rights and stop the segregation of them as well.
@@abdelll9737 Because of the Spanish and French conquerors that came and formed civilization. But in reality we are a mix of them and Native Americans- Aztecs.
I believe they haven’t been active in their neighborhoods because even in poverty they STILL benefit from privilege. Staten Island is a glaring example of this.
It’s not surprising that the brilliant voices of the 1960s were silenced. The world could not tolerate those prophets. Anyone who survived or followed were mere pretenders.
Exactly! People instead of checking out things themselves prefer to be told what things are like. From white to black there are a million shades of grey.
"The TV child cannot see ahead because he wants involvement, and he cannot accept a fragmentary and merely visualized goal or destiny in learning or in life." [Understanding Media, Marshall McLuhan, 1964, Ch. Television]
Malcom X has many good points. The opportunity for black people in the U.S. "today" is limitless. The problem that surfaces is people not embracing their potential by "today's" standards and unfortunately staying stuck in the past. U.S. history and the treatment of black people has been wrong on so many levels but "today"...blaming white people for all of your problems simply has no bearing. Accountability of self...family....community...and God are what is missing and why things (today) are out of control between us all. If any one person implies that "victimization" is the same as "accountability" then you can be rest assured that they are not on the same page.
@ To hell with Allah, Yahweh, Jesus, Joshua, Yeshua, Buddah, Krishna, Satan, Lucifer, Santa Claus....You see where I'm going with this right? These are all fairy tales to keep your mind in bondage.
Malcolm, was an exceptional orator, whose speeches rarely doesn’t hit the spot-with the, “gifft” of oratorical skills (even by Obama’s ability to move the many in any audience-to better understand issues of importance. What sets Malcolm’s speeches apart from, the usual ‘Lip Service’ of double talking politicians in many cases-his speeches were ven with the necessary context and compassion-unlike any. Speeches that are not perceived by the downtrodden and marginalized-of all colors. (Attesting to Malcolm’s contempt for politician’s and even preacher’s, “Compromising with sweeting talking...) ”horse sh-t!”
Im not that educated but it is not hard to figure out what he is saying. This man had a grasp on everything. I was only 13 when he was assassinated, at that age you don't pay much attention to anything other than the dinner bell . How I would have liked to meet him. His vision for the future just didn't fit into the politicians plans. How selfish of them and they still are trying to tell me they care about me.
This man is completely rational. You have to take it from us. If want higher ground in this country it has to be taken. Very very few white people are filled with hate but you cannot give up resources voluntarily its suicide. This is common sense. Everyone behaves this way, black white yellow purple, this is most basic human survival tactic. You have to feed your family first. Wish more white people were honest like myself. Any white that says otherwise is a hypocrite and it sickens me to my core, the dishonesty sickens me. I do think all out bloodshed can be avoided. I’m taking big time blood shed. Not street cop gang blood shed, war blood shed, big boy blood shed. I wish I had a solution since we are all Americans and this does bond us in a special way, but I don’t. Just being real since you hear nothing but BS from whites all day.
He called them exactly like he see them n he didn't stumble either BLACK ppl should open their eyes n ears n listen well his words still ring through sound n clear today after all these years one would think that this generation would learn something they still haven't
