Can you imagine those employees with food in the oven? Thick, black smoke could be pouring out of it with the fire alarm going off and they would s-l-o-w-l-y, sloth like, move towards it, like their feet were stuck in molasses and every step a major effort.
Nah...cuz if you let that slide then the employees start treating the nice customers bad too. I worked customer service before and I treated the rude customers just as well as the nice ones...because I'm not a baby who feels the need to be passive aggressive.
@@seamoreplant Sometimes workers need a kick in the pants if they aren't doing their jobs properly that they are being paid to do. I'm not sure who is in the wrong in this video...maybe the workers were really busy and the customer was being unreasonable, that is possible too...but I never automatically side with the employees because sometimes they are the jerks.
Most of us have probably experienced a moment like this at one time or another, and felt like this man, but some of us have filters that allow us to think these comments but not voice them, and some of us...well...there you have it.
@@Crazy_Clown_In_Town Then, it would be nice if they would put a sign out communicating that they are in the process of fulfilling online and DoorDash orders, and to please be patient. Unfortunately, fast feeders seldom if ever communicate such information. Nobody expects to wait over 15 minutes just for a frappe or iced coffee. Nobody expects to wait 30 - 40 minutes for a burger & fries meal at McDonald's, Wendy's, BK, or Whataburger. Not when the IHOP across the street serves your meal in less than 10. Not when Mexican Inn a few blocks away serves your food in less than 15.
I was a restaurant General Manager and when customers act like that, NOBODY is going to move any faster for them. In fact, you'll notice they took longer. I would've given him his money back the second he raised his voice like that to my employees. Bye bye. This guy has a screw loose though, I can tell that. He could be off his meds or something.
For all you " adults" complaining about wait times and shit about McDonalds, it's on YOU for going to a place that employs kids, NOT professional cooks, chefs and seasoned waitresses, so you get the service from a FAST FOOD place YOU opted to go to. Stop being crybabies and go home and cook some REAL food you don't have to wait for. Be adults. Sheesh!!
@@amandabrooks9244 Your comment is insulting to the kids who were properly trained to do their job, and were raised to have a good work ethic. GM's who allow a leisurely culture to grow in the fast food locations they are responsible for aren't earning their 6-figure salaries, and should be replaced.
@@amandabrooks9244 Sorry but it's not too much to expect to get your food in a reasonable amount of time. It looks like they didn't give this man his drinks in the drive-thru and he had to come inside and then they took their sweet time on purpose. I wouldn't have been so nice myself.
Like some inner demon telling him: It's taking too long It's taking too long It's taking too long *bite your fist It's taking too long It's taking too long *slap your thigh It's taking too long....
This weekend I advanced the human race. My flight was made to wait 3 hours on the runway in chicago after landing due to a damaged plane blocking the taxiing area. Due at 730pm, it was 1AM by the time I got my luggage, made it through immigration, and got up to the rebooking agent for redoing my connection. Instead of freaking out, i told him i appreciated his efforts since I figured most booking agents dont work till 1AM. He was happy to hear that.
I was in Chicago one evening thinking we were getting ready to take off to Atlanta! The Captain pull off the normal route, then came on over the intercom and told us Atlanta was currently having major thunderstorms, and they had halted all flights coming into Atlanta! You know the old saying, if you're going to h*ll, you will go thru Atlanta FIRST! The FAA or whoever told us to stay in our position until further notice! Well, it took 1 1/2 hours before they gave us permission to take off! It was pretty warm on this day, and everyone was sweating pretty bad. I am doing my best to forget this day! Maybe one day I will!
@@LiPo5000 Ive already forgotten my ordeal. Im looking at all the pictures on the trip I took and the fun times with my friends and Im thankful to be blessed to take such trips. Im going to remember that. Not the six hours at the Chicago airport.
That was awesome of you. I don't understand why anyone in the year 2024 would lose it and start abusing staff in an airport. You get put on the no fly list you'll never fly again.
I happened to notice that last summer. Female Karen's usually wear brown flip flops and male Karen's usually wear black flip flops. They also wear sunglasses too. Yelling and screaming if they don't get their way.

@@Ultimate-Guardian. LOL, you’re not wrong. I have a very childish side to me, but I also know how to act like an ADULT. Having a tantrum in public is something I would NEVER do. EVER! Thank you so much for judging me though…
He just acted out like majority of ppl are thinking waiting At Macdonalds. You could literally just be waiting for a drink and a single cheeseburger. They could literally just hand you the cup, you go make it yourself. They take months to make it. It’s probably old enough to know how fast Macdonald’s used to be. Where you already have ya food on a stray in front of you, and you haven’t even got ya receipt yet lol. Service was top of the line back in the day
The best part is that this is on RU-vid fall ALL to see. Not surprising behavior considering he is a Steelers fan. Best part is when he bites his knuckle! LOL!
I feel his frustration because it doesn’t take to long to make and gives drinks and the part @ 1:24 biting his finger”It’s pissing me off come onnn!!!.😂
I feel for the guy, I’ve walked out of McDonald’s because they were too slow. I made sure I haven’t paid them yet, so I’m not losing anything. I don’t act a fool like this guy, though. Another note, seems like all the workers operate on CP time, they don’t fell the need to pick up the pace and have better customer service anymore.
my local McDs had me wait 18 mins for my food. Had to pull over because now they cooked 1/4ers when ordered. I left before I got my food & took the lost. At this restaurant everytime I had to wait they got the order wrong & 1/2 the food would be cold.
Usually you pay them when you place your order. It seems as though they had given the guy his food but were dragging their feet getting him his drinks. Why keep him standing there waiting for 2 drinks and ignoring him while his food got cold? And why was that person filming him? This seems like a set up.
@davemanone3661 he could be having a diabetic attack. It's a terrible feeling if he is need of raising blood sugar. One day you may find yourself in that situation, so be nice.
McDonalds isn't like the old days. You are going to be in that place for a long time after you order your food if you order it from one of those self service screens. The price will be north of $10 bucks per person to add insult to injury.
No one knows the backstory here. Did he order food in drive-through and the drinks didn’t come? Did he get his food then it took forever for the drinks? I didn’t see a karen, I saw someone who was exasperated at getting their food which takes longer to prepare, but no drinks which should only take a minute.
If he was at the drive-through and they told him to pull away to wait for his food, it was fine. But the worker is supposed to give you the drinks. There's no way l would have pulled away without them. He didn't need to act that way. But someone didn't go by protocol. The whole thing was ridiculous.
@@jonathanmcvay4499I'm 55 years old and I can quite easily get "exasperated" by this sort of thing too. However I still don't treat people like this jackass did even when I'm angry. At worst I will give a few headshakes and if it gets bad enough I would simply ask for my money back and go someplace else. In my opinion it's never acceptable to treat people who serve the public this way. I guess you think it's okay.
@@HeavyInstinct I would never use that language. I would however be getting angry if my food had been given to me, sitting getting cold in the car, and I hadn’t bern given my drinks then went inside for them and it was still taking a long time.
I worked around MacDonalds way back in the day. This would’ve never happened then, and thats what this guy is used to. Your order would literally be ready in seconds unless you made a special request. Of course, the type of people who work in these places now have zero work ethic. That said, I would never make an embarrassing scene like this ever. I might quietly complain but thats it. Then, I would post a review online. As for his clothes, other than the shorts, which I wouldn’t turn up like that, there is nothing else wrong with his casual attire. I have never understood why people don’t tuck their shirts in nowadays, other than the fact that they are fat slobs and want to hide that fact. I always tuck my shirt in with long pants, sometimes with shorts depending on the type of shirt. Then again, I’m not a sloppy looking millennial or zoomer who thinks untucked shirts is normal attire even in the workplace. You guys making fun of his attire (but not his attitude) are pathetic. But that’s okay, one day Gen Alpha will make fun of you while they dress like us again!
