My mother watched this in theatres and remembers that the theatre was full of women and when this scene came on every woman in the theatre started standing up and started dancing! It was really moving and she loved it a lot!

It's beacuse Björn and Benny was very involved in this movie actually in this scene you see Benny playing the piano. They are very strict about how they present their music so i don't think it's a coincidence that is matching perfectly 😊

Probably a mix of good cardio and also cuts to help string together different perfectly chereographed segments. It would be incredibly difficult to shoot a sequence like this all in one shot. It also helps that they are likely not singing full blast when shooting the scene. For quality reasons, most scenes have their singing recorded in a studio in order to spare the actors the Heraclean task of singing and dancing and doing all the rest, but also to allow the people making the movie to do quality control on the audio without having to reshoot things a hundred-thousand times.

I love this movie and this scene, the energy of the women was amazing, what did it for me though every time I saw this EVERY. SINGLE, TIME. the cheering for that old man with the piano raised the roof!! (and just in case you didnt know - and would have to be very dense not to, that was Benny from ABBA both the men had a cameo!!)

Skupina ABBA byla geniální a měla skvělé písničky. Tento film jsem viděla pouze jednou, líbil se mi, ale už ho vícekrát nepotřebuji vidět. Ale písničky ABBY můžu poslouchat stále!
