We cruised the same ship you're on in Dec 2023 and it was ok except for the app which was awful! We were unable to even made dinner reservations with out getting "error" code! Hope it's better now!!

Thank you for your comment. This is my fourth cruise on the Regal and the app is working great. The regal still has some issues with the WiFi mesh while moving around the ship and staying connected. Occasionally I have to tell my phone to connect to medallionnet. She was one of the first medallion class ships and seems to have more issues with the mesh compared to the others, but it’s greatly improved since 2019 on our first cruise aboard the Regal. Thank you for your comment. We will have a video out about how the app worked while onboard. But we still need to make it. 😀 The app did work great and find shipmates, viewing your folio, and what you have consumed on the plus or premier packages are there. The Regal is a great ship. Glad it wasn’t a boatload of Migrants. Almost hard to get through the Caribbean anymore without having to stop and offer help. If delay is enough, you can miss ports ! 😮

After all the cruising we've done, I'd never go The Princess route. Most boring cruise ever and they charged us almost $1000 but are only providing a garbled folio that totals $535. Two weeks later and they still won't respond. Awful post cruise assistance!!
