I love your tips. Thank you for Always sharing with us. I get really inspired when watching your videos, and Always get a lot of ideias to implement in my routine as a Baker as well, I dont miss an upload. Btw, your morning bun recipe is AMAZING and inspired me to make my own and my clients loved It! I see that you put so much love and thought on your videos, and you're doing a wonderful job. I've had to limit my bread baking unless I have people who want to eat my bread. In which case I would either sell a loaf or give it away. My weight loss journey has made bread a sometimes food so I don't bake it much anymore.

Try limiting your bread (and all carbohydrates) to breakfast and lunch - your body needs slow sugars and wholewheat is a very good source.

I'm the actual man that 'can live on bread alone' Gosh take bread and Heaven forbid cheese off my menu and I fear I would simply expire....Just cut down mate and be mindful of what you put on it is my recommendation ! Good luck.

@@andyblackpool ‘Can live on bread alone’ - does that include ‘liquid bread’? 🍺🍺🍺😜😜😜 More seriously, I was given medical advice to eat my carbs during the day rather than in the evening. Seems to be working for me (probably automatically reduces calories at the same time. So vegetables and chicken for me tonight. Wife and child will also eat pasta 😢
