Boyhood Middlesbrough fan Ben Gibson admits he “didn’t know what to do” when his side scored late on to seal their giantkilling 2-0 win at Manchester City in The FA Cup.
The defender gave a man of the match performance to secure his side a clean sheet against the expensively assembled City strikeforce, and his efforts were rewarded as team-mates Patrick Bamford and the Kike struck second-half goals to see the Championship side dump the Premier League champions out of the competition.

This was on the same day when League One Bradford came back from 2-0 down to 2-4 AT STAMFORD BRIDGE against a dominant-in-the-league-and-cups Mourinho-guided Chelsea side who, before then, had only conceded 2 at most (against Swansea) in a match for that season, didn't lose a match at home before then, and didn't lose another home match until the season after. yes but league for is the most important, and more games usually leads to worse form in the league. And chelsea, spurs and man city have genuine chances in other competitions, and the league cup is about to end, why focus on the distant fa cup when you're in the semi final of the league cup, or deep into europa or champions league
