I escaped Kaliforniastan last year after retirement and I STILL donate. WHY? Because I know Gavin would hate it. Lol oh and enjoy your $18.00 big macs lol
For those that live in the So Cal area (specifically O.C.), on 4/20 and 4/21 there will be a CRPA fundraising event held at Ammo Bros Santa Ana location. Please swing by and make a donation of whatever you can give. They do so much for us.
It is a WIN!!! I talk my 19 yr old son about the bills and laws that come up and I encourage him to talk to his friends. Trying to plant the seeds in the nxt generation. Thanks to you and the content that you bring!
We definitely need the CRPA, FPC, etc. fighting for our rights. This registration scheme would have cost me a lot of money personally and the gun club I am a member of would have seen a ludicrous amount of registration fees since there was no exception for clubs. Glad you are here putting out true content and working for all our rights. Thank you!
Ur lucky, my fn shithole state CT, lost this battle and now I’m having to register my “other” and all my pistols with threaded barrels despite having the comps pinned and welded which cost me an arm and a leg. This is insanity when I logged into the states website all my firearms were listed there just like a registry… absolutely disgusting… PLEASE if you live in a free state, FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOMS
@@golfnb28 what are you talking about?? I called, emailed, and snail mailed my representatives, unfortunately in this state we are outnumbered by morons who don’t know what an “other” is so they just ban it. I did fight, I tried, but the majority of ppl in this state are not 2A friendly unfortunately. And the representatives do not listen to those that are
There is already a database for firearms. Every time the required forms are filed with the ATF for purchases it includes a detailed description of the firearms.
Good work, always. Your updates are super helpful in keeping track of what's going on. I wonder why the CRPA (or similar org) doesn't hire you to do these kinds of updates for them.
I wish people were more pissed about the fact that getting our ccw now in CA costs way more and requires much more as a civilian to get approved. Sure I’m glad that we are “able to” conceal carry our guns in all the places we’re used to. But CA Gov legitimately won by making more ccw legislation. I feel like this point went completely unnoticed.
Holy shit, good news ? For once lol…. I know this is pushing it, but I hope the 11% tax coming July 1 will at least be fought in court to ! Other than that good win
the best news for this year by far. and glad it didn't go thru because CA is usually the forerunner for bills like this. and thank the CRPA for saving future gun owners from this non sense .
Your a good man and a good source of knowledge and information. I realize more each day why I moved to the free state of Idaho. Keep up the good work young man.
I would still keep an I on SB 1253 which expands the FSC to all guns and which include having to have it on you all times and can’t have it expire or else you get a fine. It’s a license without license since it has a “a unique firearm safety certificate identification number.”
They are trying to cut communications off by limiting comments. We should coordinate a campaign to make some noise and strategize for follow up actions.
Here's the thing though, A person registers their vehicle so they can use that vehicle on public road, if that person doesn't drive on public roads and only race tracks and the car is trailered everywhere, that car doesn't need to be Registered. Therefore cars and guns registration is like comparing apple to oranges, unless CA is saying once the gun is registered, "it's good", no need for CCW If the person's gun never leaves the house, it's akin to the car that never drives on public roads, and doesn't need to be registered
If Portantino really wanted to disarm everyone he should have the guts to come out and push for a rewrite of 2A. Otherwise he should sit down and stay in his lane. There is a difference between rights vs privilege and politicians like him has seem to forgotten about that.
I liked your latest short about RU-vid comments to keep your channel in my algorithm. Since I can’t comment “algorithm buster” anymore, then I guess all I can go is like and share the videos. Just wanted to be clear I don’t like what The DOJ or RU-vid is doing at the cost of our liberties. My likes are for the sole purpose of keeping your content in my feed 🤙
Hey Reno, how should I go about selling my guns and ammo (in California)? On my own (ads) or consignment or something else? I'm leaving the US and don't want to pay to store them.
Yes!! They didnt have any way to enforce it or they would have gone through with it. The other bill that would require you to have a license every 5 yrs looks like it might pass.
Can this bill be gutted & amended again? My understanding of that was they g&a an existing bill and insert what they want? Thanks for all of your efforts in this!
nooot that we wuz gonna obey Anthony's nonsense anyway! 😆 Speaking on which... he's the sole author of California's anti2A bills and is soon to be replaced by a Republican.... worth mentioning that Anthony is the primary anti2A lawmaker in CA... ya the other legislators "may" vote on his anti2A bills... but what other legislators in CA actually AUTHOR/introduce such anti2A bills... We done playin" here in CA... with Anthony out of office we'll see less anti-2A bills here
I had put a contingency plan in place to flee and get over the state border with all my stuff if this passed. They're not taking them, just saying. I'll never surrender my arms and I'm not giving them my money for that tax. So yes big win for me and for Californians
It's what they are counting on. The nazis didn't start with concentration camps. They started by making everyone that didn't agree with them flee, and when all that were left were people who would either support them or sit by and idly watch, they kept going.
Hey Reno. Can you please do a video about the DOJ being allowed to delay a background by 30 days. And can legally not give your background a yes or no. They can leave it undetermined. And a lot of FFL’s will not release on undetermined. That means someone can have their 2A rights almost taken away for no reason. The DOJ doesn’t have to give you an exact reason and there is nothing you can do to fix getting delayed/undetermined. You can throw a lot of money at the problem but it doesn’t mean you will fix it. Someone bad that has the same name as you can get you delayed/undetermined. It’s the most serious thing im experiencing right now and I feel alone. No one is talking about it. I think it’s a huge issue. Cause if I can’t find an ffl that releases on undetermined I cannot buy a firearm. I’ve never had a background check not go undetermined.
I am confused. I thought it was legal to open carry in California, as long as the gun was empty. A totally pointless exercise, of course, and blatantly inviting unnecessary attention from pretty much everybody, but legal. Apparently I am mistaken, not that it matters, since I tend to decline to participate in pointless activities that invite trouble.
Question I received some firearms all California legal but they are in Washington. What is the process of having them brought on a plane to fly back to California.
have someone mail them to CA... we are in California and guns are mailed out all the time for service/tepairs/maintenance... obviously make it safe to mail
2 are savage arms rifles 1 flintlock and a sig p226. My uncle passed away and the firearms were left to me. These were purchased locally in Cheney Washington none are currently registered. I’m flying out to Washington to pick them up and bring them home. I’m asking what is the process I have to do to get them checked onto the plane. I know they have to be in a locked case. I just don’t know if not having the registered is going to be a problem.
