You are championing approving something in “record time” to approve a 94th street development with ZERO regard to the Community Board’s concerns, much less any of the residents’ neighborhood you are destroying. This is not an affordable housing win. This is an opportunity lost. A true win, a good deal for the city would to have NOT capitulated to the profit hoarding developer but instead to insist on green space for he community and a 50% affordable housing attribution. Stop trying to make east 94th street a beacon of success. It is the opposite. Let’s get things back on track and demand true affordable housing and true commitment to the families and the concerns of the community and the community Board.
