​@@MrNacho1955Really because originally they weren't supposed to be gangs. They started out as revolutionary social groups or clubs. Eventually they'd have disagreements and might duke it out with each other from time to time until guns were brought into the community in excessive amounts. That's when things took a turn for the worst.
