I need some help. I was able to setup the app but mantisBuddy is connected but when i unplug the cable it disconnects the mantisbuddy. How can i fix this. Thanks for your help.
I gonna need help I have managed to setup mantis buddy but when I try going through the pubg setup the buttons didn't work I can't even setup the trigger and bumper I used Redmi note 9s and use mocute 058 gamepad btw
Thank you so much for this tutorial. My android phones's version is 8.1.0. After wasting hours searching for videos and mapping apps, I came across you video and it has helped me a lot.
Mantis is the best. I use it for all BR games that I play. ---Nope! I am currently using Panda Gamepad pro because touching screen and using gamepad simultaneously works!
How do I know I won't get banned with this app? With Mantis (and any other keymappers which use Universal Touch Mapping), it's nearly impossible for an App/Game to detect whether Touch Mapping is being executed. Why? - Because although Overlays can be detected, the Overlay running apps' identity cannot be. Hence it'd be harsh for a game to ban their user for just this as there are plenty of legit Overlay use cases. - Because the Touch Mapping is just Emulated Touch Injection and no different to actual touches. Again making it undetectable. - USB Debugging detecting is easy but can be enabled on the device for multiple use cases. Again not at all conclusive enough. And Companies do not ban users unless they are 99% sure about the unwanted activities. Banning even a single account wrongly leads to massive PR issues.
activated app. detected my controller in app. detects my controller when laying out buttons in game. but after that nothing im on a s10e with old ps4 controller. no disable permission monitoring. and theres no security setting to turn on in developer options. help
Alot of these guys Know these app Don't really work with the new UIs, he's using a low end phone and I'm sure it doesn't use android 11, this is the problem. Just to show you, he didn't even acknowledge anyone with similar issues. I use the PS4 controller with an S10e and it's the same problem. These guys are just promoting these apps that only works on older phones SMH
Sadly I can't help anyone with a PS4 controller as I only have Xbox controllers. I have replied to some comments saying this. All I can suggest is contacting the developer and seeing if they can help. This should work on any phone with Android 7 or higher. I even made a video with this app with my newer S21 which runs Android 11 as you can see here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-V0OqyyklVtg.html
@@AndroidAddicts These so called developers won't reply just like with unsupported PandaGamepad, but you gave me an idea... So I'm going to waste more time and try with the Xbox Controller on both gamepads, if not, I'm just done with these gamepads, these app can really be a thing, but they're not supported
The developers of this app are actually quite good from my experience - they've even responded to quite a few comments on my newer video so I think they're trying to make it the best app they can 👍 Good luck with your xbox controller. If you get stuck let me know what phone and I'll try and help 👌
Really disappointing that this is considered the best controller mapper, but you need a 2nd device to use it.... I don't want to rely on connecting to a pc just to play a quick game for about 5 minutes
This app is a joke. You need to enable Wi-Fi permissions means is you cannot use this app unless you are under wi-fi. So, mapping COD mobile for on road, nope does not support it. YOU NEED to be under wi-fi. Why does other apps from OEMs don't need this and ONLY this app does, must be stealing private data.
Doesn't seem to work for me, keep getting the error message Android device not found. If activation still fails, install the corresponding USB driver of your device from its official website, whatever the hell that means. I'm stumped, anyone else having this issue?

The reason you have to go through these steps is so the game can't detect you're using a gamepad - other methods may work (like Shooting Plus V3) without requiring activation but they can easily be detected and therefore you risk getting banned from certain games...
hello...plz help me...when I download that files on my laptop then these files that should be downloaded is not download..that files that are downloaded are different

okay this app is not working for me. i have a ZTE RedMagic 6s Pro i tried the wifi way is not working, i tried the PC way is not working, i tried to unistall/reinstall switch on and off the debagging mode still nothing. the buddy doesn't want to connect, also i noticed that the download ZIP file is missing 2 files "Buddy 1 & 2"
Can you please make a video of you playing pubg with controller without using Gyroscope. I am looking to buy a wired controller for pc which i will also use on pubg mobile but i am not sure how can you control recoil in ads (scope in) mode. Please do this 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Man I did all that and when I disconnected the phone from the pc, the buddy in the app is turn off. Do I have to be connected to the pc obligatory???? I really dont get it 🙈 😢help please🙏🏻ooh also I dont have the usb monitoring option... I turn on the other one: USB debugging security setttings cuz a user says in case of some xiaomis we need to turn that too
anyone using a ONEPLUs 8T device and having difficulty mapping? the controller is detected by by MANTISPro but no functioning when you try to map Genshin Impact.

I haven't seen that before but it sounds like it doesn't have write-permissions. You could either try re-installing the app or if you're feeling adventurous, find the app in Settings - Apps and then check what permissions it has - make sure it has storage permissions.
@@AndroidAddicts It doesn't ask for any permissions. Even in the settings. I also have a feeling that it's about the storage permission but for some reason I can't.
Everything works perfectly but when i remove the usb after activating mantisbuddy , mantis buddy gets offline. It seems like i have to be connected to the usb to my pc all the time for mantis buddy to be active. Any way around this?
I have a BSP-D9 controller I just got for my Lenovo Legion Y700 and I am trying to set it up and I'm having such a nightmare. I tried using this app, but the Mantis app doesn't detect the D9:( I want to play Genshin with it and I tried using it plug and play style and it only half-works, the camera stick and triggers are fucked up when I try to use them. I see videos of people using the D9 with no issue...but I am having plenty 🗿 I'm new to this controller scene thing, so I aren't familiar with any obvious apps I may be should have.
It keeps disconnecting me whenever i unplugged my phone. It says to run the Activatemantis wifi one but that just keeps failing. Ive tried hotspoting my pc from my phone and tried connecting both devices to my home wifi. But still nothing, please help
Okay, i used my laptop instead of my desktop, and it activated properly. Now i need to know why my ps4 controller connected with BT isn't being detected when i try to add button input ingame? If you have any solutions that i could try, please let me know 🙏
@Android Additcts, I've gotten Mantis to identify my controller and I mapped my keys but when I return to the game from the overlay, my controller inputs don't work
THANK - YOU - SO - MUCH! I just tried Mantis Gamepad Pro and it's HUGE!!! Works perfectly on Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 not rooted! :'D I can now play Kart Rider Rush + with my Xbox One Elite controller! The dream come so true!
@@Unelephant I simply did not notice any latency! And yet I am very demanding on this point (for example I can't play Rocket League on PS4, because there is a micro latency compared to the PC version). I can't play in HDMI because my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab A7) doesn't support it, but on the tablet with the controller it's already great!
@@Unelephant I'm looking forward to Kart Rider Drift (I'm a huge fan of the whole Mario Kart series since the SNES episode, but Kart Rider Rush+ just has a gameplay that I find even more thrilling. I would never have thought it possible.)
Hi, i'm doing the step by step but after conect my andorid with my pc (windows), if I unplugg usb cable I lost the connection. Any idea of what can I do?
Tried on huawei p40,and it didn't worked. It disconnects MantisBuddy as soon as i remove usb. I even tried "wifi" version of adb,and that one isn't working.
Hi! I'm being paranoid or skeptical on using Mantis Gamepad Pro. And i badly wanna reset my phone because of this. and it did actually worked, but every restart i have to Activate it again, is this normal? and My question is, is this safe to do? Specially the app is accessing ADB on our phones. Your reply would be a great help and would make my day!

can this app get my genshin account banned? i'm honestly scared of using this app bc the game might scan this as an 3rd party app and might get my hard worked accounts banned.
You shouldn't get banned with this. Check the bottom of the description for the reason from the developer themselves. I've used it many times with no issues at all
I got the 8bitdo pro 2 hasn't worked with any my games like genshin or cod mobile ..bright memory Valhalla lenneth on my fold 3 =/ help would be amazing new to this
This is way too convoluted a process - why not just deliver a singular app to do keymapping? Why is a buddy app on pc necessary? Its not like other apps haven't done it either.
Make sure you don't have any other apps which use the floating widget permission...I had a screen clicker app installed which stopped Mantis from running so I uninstalled it and Mantis worked fine.
It won't let me switch the role of which phone is controlling the USB, It says "couldn't switch" and shows a menu that asks to choose an app for the usb. Why is it doing this? Is it common? How can I resolve the issue?

hey there! i just watched the full video and followed the instructions, but there is a problem when i extract the file it shows only "activatebuddy" not "activatebuddy.bat" and when i clicked it the turn on usb debbuging only popped up once. When i tried again it only shows "android device not found" (my usb debbuging is turned on btw).
will i get banned? and does it work with razer kishi (v2 pro)? the reason is im scared if razer nexus will get me banned. i looked on reddit and people said mantis software is safe

Man I have a problem... I activated everything,calibrate Gamepad but after I run a game gamepad doesnt work but its still connected and in Mantis APP I can pressing buttons in calibr..and it works whats wrong?
You might have another app which also has floating window permission or an overlay on the phone. I had an auto-tapping app installed which stopped it working for me (until I disabled the app). Have a look through your list of apps and try and work out what might be stopping it
