Manufacturing Process of Allow Roll for Flour Mill Machines ! #allowroll #machineshop #machinist #cuttingedge #pakistanitruck #amazingtechnology #manufacturing #cuttingedge_aus
It is not an exaggeration if I say that the Pakistanis are the smartest people in the world. It is not a coincidence that they created the atomic bomb and have the strongest intelligence in the world. British colonialism imported industrial machines for them, and they completed the path with their effort and sacrifices. They are strong and patient in the difficult working conditions. My greetings and appreciation to the Pakistani people.
Anyone who understands what's going on here has the utmost admiration for these workers who are fabricating extremely difficult pieces of machinery using the bare necessities and working in outrageously dangerous environment with no safety gear and open toed shoes, no gloves, no safety shields or glasses and noxious fumes all around in extreme heat~!! You have to see them working this way to believe it. I only hope they don't get hurt or maimed in their efforts. Bless all of them~!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I worked for 35 years in a mechanical metal industry in Italy and I visited dozens of more or less difficult work situations around the world, but never a working condition like this. My moved admiration goes out to all those seen in the video ... but also the wish to soon achieve better working and living conditions that you surely deserve
You know I’ll keep saying it that you guys are the hardest working Men and Boy I really and truly in awe of from molten metal I was really scared with the melting the metal and then that spinning thing that you poured the molten metal in with the fast spinning making those metal tubes really loving your videos but please stay safe absolutely awesome video best regards from Scotland 🏴 🙏
This is why OSHA exists. The number of people maimed, burned, injured, crushed and / or killed doing these things is staggering. I appreciate the abject poverty that drives this industrialization as it is a reminder of how developed nations have progressed past this over the last hundred years. I also appreciate the tenacity and ingenuity of these workers, despite the horrible working and living conditions they endure.
So why not hop on a plane, go over there and enlighten them. I'm sure they're anxious to learn all about OSHA, and how they can get an OSHA in Pakistan.
had to log in and leave a thumbs up and a subscribe for these dudes, unbelievable. from trash to treasure. people give America shit for having nice things and working hard to get it, well my friends this is where it comes from this is the type of stuff we did a hundred years ago and learned as we went. now these guys are just starting their adventure.
Good job. Very good video, Best job. .very attractive. Great! , this is the cleanest factory in Pakistan that I have ever seen. But I also hope to soon achieve the better living and working conditions that you certainly deserve Thank. I really like this project. video 💯💯👍 👍
Amazing craftsmanship from raw materials to finished rollers. These rollers look like they belong in a BUHLER ROLLERMILL to re-grind pasta The RollerMill used 2 parallel rolls rotating into each other and separated by +/- 70 microns. The rollermill had two chambers so it used 4 rollers total. The manufacture of Pasta always had product that was blems, Peel out, trim, etc that could be re-ground and added back to pasta flour by a small percentage. Pasta mfg. runs closed loop through hundreds of different stages. Staged before the rollermill were airlocks, holding tanks, sifters, hammer mill, airlocks, silos, lots of pipe under pressure. But this video shows the creative skills of people in a far away country that was making parts for the machines I maintained R&R.
I really like the high precision pipe centre (well it was when the british installed the machine in 1896) used on the lathe, and the way brother belted it with a 800lb hammer! Real precision machining there. Poor buggers!
Russia 🇷🇺 does not produce anything good, even buys drones in Iraq, which has been under sanctions for 40 years. Russian Russian comments, it becomes clear that all Russian "experts" can only comment, but not work!🤣🤣🤣
Where is health and safety sandals, no steel capped toe boots? Ventilation god, they hopped a heavy piece of steel of the tailstock trip hazards all over the place. I take my hat off to all that work there, you deserve better working conditions. I started working on CNC Lathes. Over 30 years ago. In the south-west coast of Ireland.☘
I said it once and I'll say it again, these dudes have stones the size of boulders, Pouring Metal in sandals, I'm a retired Iron Foundry Worker and have the scars to prove it. That stuff isn't some thing to play around with. OSHA would have a heart attack watching this.
@10:27 Rolling a red hot (likley 1000lb) cylinder of steel and jumping over it while wearing open toe sandals......this made me cringe a little. Quite literally playing with fire, albeit molten metal is even less forgiving.....believe me. Pretty amazing what people can do even in a third world country. But I bet alot of them are walking around with toes missing......
@@skypilotace I can't remember the last time I bought something that was made in India....however the same cannot be said for China! Though I'm certainly guilty of this as well. One thing I'm partial to is my tools. I like to make sure those are almost solely made in the USA. Preferably 100 years ago.
doin this kind of work with such old and limited equipment boggles the mind...they work on a dirt floor and looks like its not even a shop..its just outside among a whole mess of things everywhere...unbelievable! i never could have imagined such conditions for the work they do!!! just wow...but also sad to see....they do have heart no doubt about that! i doubt machinists from here in the americas could do so much with so very little!!
The Bell Hop at a hotel across the street from me told me he gets to retire ten years earlier than regular workers because his job is considered 'hard labor'.
These guys are amazing. They build stuff with such primitive gear. Wow !! is all I can say, yet their stuff is just as good as all the gear made with the best mills possible. Clothing is another thing. Loose stuff that could be caught at a moment's notice. Footwear that they wear at home and on the job. I'd be scared to death working there.
Metallurgy is always fascinating. I have seen the whole video. You are doing great. But I am very much worried about the working conditions in your workshop. Workers are not properly clothed and they have no proper shoes. THEY APPEAR USING SANDALS AND PLATIC SHOES IN A MOLTEN METAL ENVIROMENT. They are also not using safety gloves or spectacles etc. You need to make certain changes in this regard. We have no information about the number of accidents you have faced so far .It must be quite a lot. I feel sadness on this point.
Great skills with the kit that they are working with. What happened to cutting fluid? Everyone these days seems to be cutting dry and destroying tool steel? Not a moan just really curious why so little machining uses coolant these days. Happy to be enlightened (even if I don't agree with it!). Can't see these items being mirror finish but fantastic use of the kit available.
I've never done work like this before, aside from metals class in highschool, but it just seems like you would want to wear boots, gloves, and eye protection, but they seem to know what they're doing.
