The solo in this rip is absolutely phenominal and perfectly compliments Tim's sheer talent of replicating real-world sounds for the SNES hardware, not to also mention the fact that his composition skills are immaculate
This hits differently because my Step-Dad (who's more of a Dad than my real dad) yelled "FREE BIRD!" at my high school graduation and I think of him and that whenever I hear it.
Free Bird in the Plok soundfont is a combination I never considered before but one that works so well. For two pieces of media that go unexpectedly hard, it's a match made in heaven.
Just got to the overworld map. I feel as free as a bird now, but this bird you cannot change. If a ripper doesn't value their time, I'd like to see more rips based on this side of rock. Tarkus ripped in Chrono Trigger would be unbelievable.
I'd love to hear that or just do it in the Plok soundfont too. If you like out there stuff like that, there's a reupload of a 50 minute rip of Rite Of Spring by Stravinsky that got deleted. It starts off in the Chrono Trigger soundfont but then winds its way through various SNES soundfonts later on.
Okay, legit, if you can, look back at the twitch vod for the SiIvaunner Chipspace 2024 at MAGFest, this song as well as a few other rips have really cool visuals to them.
@@rickybobbylarge1059 the Geek Beat Radio stream is still up on twitch, that has the whole Chipspace up still, if you want to be the one to do it. It should be the Chipspace 2024 video that's nearly exactly 8 hours long, and has Pokemon Black 2 as the thumbnail.
I was literally listening to plok before I went in for my calculus lecture today only to find a Free Bird Rip in the legendary soundfont a few hours later. That solo at 1:36 hits so hard.
What is this, the Follin Uprising? Maybe we should be scared... I'm noticing a lot of rock songs such as Freebird in this rip. The greatest songs in history are colliding...
remember to keep a space between the primary fission stage and the secondary fusion stage, so that debris fragments from the first assembly don't disassemble the second one before the fusion explosion has done it's job. :)
as with most Siiva rips, i wish they ***went even harder*** i have no talent in music composition but i can always hear in my head how i'd prefer certain parts to sound, not just for this rip but for like all of them
“It doesn’t take a genius to read a map but it takes a map for a genius to read that map but you need a map to read a map because that map needs to be a map that can readable.” Anyways what the hell is the song in this rip?
I'm gonna be real I unsubbed from siivagunner like a year ago because of the spam filling up my sub feed after being here since like 2016. If only there was a way to put a sub into a folder or something
