Maple Miso Chanterelle Roast is the ultimate plant based fall roast!

INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Chanterelles
1 Medium Delicata
1 Medium Apple
1 Small Sweet Onion
2 Cups Chopped Plant Based Sausage*
Miso Maple
1 tbs Light Miso/ Chickpea Miso
3 tbs Dark Maple Syrup
2 tbs Coconut Oil/ Sunflower Oil
Chili Flakes/ Oil to taste

I bet that Miso and Maple glaze would be absolutely delicious on tofu. I may have to try it!

It's fabulous on tofu! Try cutting them into small cubes then coating them in the sauce and air frying them. The exterior gets all caramelized and crunchy- its awesome!
