As a Serb i'm really happy with that foreign language map, especially compared to our neighbours

In France we are naturally taught French, but it's also an obligation to learn English. Also, around our 10-11th birthday we have to chose between Spanish or German. All these languages are taught in the basic public school, so we at least(and technically)(almost all French people) know 2 or 3 languages. But if your parents decides to put you in an "école régionale"(which translate to "county school") you can learn the traditional language of your county(which my parents did for me)+the school program of the public school). So, as far as i know, just during your 16 first years of life, in France you can learn up to 4 or 5 languages untill your 18th birthday(because school starts when you're around 2 or 3 years old). But don't mistake me, many of these are simply forgotten once you start to work. My parents(and i'm 19 years old) only know pieces of what they once learned in school, because we simply can't speak it everyday. It's kinda sad but also normal and predictable, it would be scary if we spoke more English than French in France. So, basically, we know few of the many languages we're taught(personnaly, over the 5 languages I had to study in the scholar system, I strongly "manipulate" only three of them: French, English and Breton(the traditionnal language of my county)).

Norway is so high in petrol prices because the money gained from oil is not used to subsidize the price, and most of it is exported.
