A lot of the racquet throwing is stemming from arrogance. He was young, famous, rich, good looking. It has gone to his head and it was coming out in the form of this brash behavior.
He was a perfectionist so he tends to get frustrated every single time he missed a point. It has nothing to do with all the things you mentioned above.

He threw his racquet out of frustration because his grips are slippery. Anybody who's played tennis in 100 degree heat would know how frustrating this is. Not trying to promote any brand names here, but, tennis in the summertime calls for tourna-grip.
he looks like hes in horrible shape for being a professional. idk what these guys do in their off time but you would think you would train and be more aesthetic. If i was a pro, i wouldn't be out drinking. i would try to win titles.
