Of course, she's one of the most beloved characters in Type-Moon and an anniversary servant. Not making her a cut above the rest would be an act of extreme bad taste. (Also, she's coming in the NA server next year)
@@MrInuhanyou123 We don't know that yet, she could very well be used in the main story. Also, why not get more stuff for both? FGO and Tsukihime are not in the same timeline, content in one won't exclude content in another, the character can be used in both, think like the different universes in the Marvel multiverse. But yeah, Arcueid's second ascension is fanservice, but it's not like that hurts either game in any way.
