Think they should really watch Rao's V60 video.. no stirring in beginning or end and a lot of high and dry grounds.

no need to stir. looks like he's agitating coffee during pour.

Look at all that coffee on the walls of the brewer. Not a great extraction. Also not sure where this up and down movement during the pour originated from seems rather pointless.
