Basically with these games it comes down to; do you like your euros tight and challenging where you really have to maneuver for every point? If yes, get Marco Polo 1. If you like your games a bit more relaxed and forgiving, get Marco Polo 2.

The _Dale of Merchants_ series sounds like it has sequels with adding 2 and 3, but since they can be intermingled they are more like volumes in the same line of games. So for me it would probably be Empires of the Void II as a "proper" sequel favorite.

Terminator 2 was definitely my favorite movie sequel! Batman Arkham City was a great video game sequel! I haven’t played any board game sequels but MP2 is on my wishlist 🤙🏽

Really wanted to like this game, but just wasn't impressed by the variable player powers. It felt like you were forced down a specific strategy depending on your power. Also the powers didn't feel as entirely well balanced as I would have liked.

Well... Terminator 2 in movies. And in video games, Assassin's Creed 2 was awesome while the 1st one was barely a game.

Definitely Caverna for me. I love the amount of options available and that you don’t have to do everything like in Agricola. I love that you have the option to focus on animals, vegetables, mines, etc.

@@TheLatestRetroBoardGameShow I wish we would get Age of Mythology II ... @Erik M. Just to let you know, there is a remake version came out recently for AoE III which is Age of Empires III: Definite Edition and it is very good.
