The song title may mean "Angel suddenly" / "angel unexpectedly" I'm not a native speaker, but this is what I'm getting from the japanese dictionary, so take it as a grain of salt 👍

This song seems to specifically connects a lot of songs like Koutatsu, Suji, Taste of Cockroach, New Darling, Scrumize and lots of others. A amalgamation of melodies and lyrics.

I think this song is about someone getting sexually abused by someone which caused them to self harm and eventually commit suicide. This song sounds very similar to Suji and Scrumize which both have very similar topics. In the song it says “Striped patterns and clustered groups of holes resides on the right arm” This could be a way of cutting or burning oneself in a way. “A child flies about what remains of a love that was spat out.” They don’t know why they are being abused. the abuser tells them it’s “love” but they think it doesn’t feel like love. “I’m going to take you away” the abuser is going to abuse them they they don’t feel a thing. “I’m going to eat you whole” they could mean eating in a sexual way. 1:11 people at school are looking at them. they have scars on their body from self harm. they are tired from being abused. Some references in the song also relates. 92 in Japanese sounds like (Kyuu ni) which means unexpectedly or swiftly. Angel 92 is probably the abuser. Beretta 92 is a type of gun. Also in the song it says it’s in their hand. This could mean they are probably going to shoot themselfs. I interpret this as someone with high levels of anxiety who puts on a sort of persona to cope with it, mostly sexual, along with self harm. The self harm part I talk about a couple times, but there’s a lot of mentions of blood and specifically “striped patterns and clustered groups of holes resides on the right arm” line. Lines = cutting while holes = burning, piercing, or skin picking. Holes can be made with cutting too so idk. The mentions of the left hand having the gun also makes me think about suicidal ideation and with it being the left hand having the angels eye and gun they’re just left handed which means the self harm is on their right. Before, while they thought everyone was looking at them, it was because of their strange personality, being a successful student, and probably the self harm part. The second half of the song starts with the person adding onto their appearance (perfume + earrings). The mentions of bruises and more holes on the legs make me think they’re spread out across their body and added either bruising/hitting as another form of self harm, or are beginning to either allow other people to hit/cut/burn or whatever to them or are now being bullied. Despite this, and still feeling the anxiety (repeated the watching part), the person is now enjoying (using loosely, it’s not genuine) their situation. The mentions of “eating” are a common metaphor for sex but I think this person feels some kind of power or like they’re in control. I think they shift from mostly using self harm to using sex in addition to allowing other people to abuse them instead of only doing it themselves. Directly, I view it as mania, due to the mention of ecstasy, happiness, “in my head”, hyper sexuality, impulsiveness to self harm, and the “try me” part (overconfidence). Feeling like you’re being watched is a common thing with anxiety, but can also be paranoia or delusions which is sometimes associated with having mania. I don’t really have a conclusion but most of this is just me projecting lmao

Here's my interpretation of this song: I see it as someone struggling with a mental disorder that makes them extremely paranoid (Such as schizophrenia or agoraphobia). They constantly feel like their life is in danger, and eventually give into their anxiety and end their life. This song really hits for me since I struggle with an anxiety disorder pretty badly, and the lyrics are amazingly as usual from Maretu.

A bit late, but one theory i found about this song made me keep thinking about it nonstop. They theorized Angel 92 was about children, more specifically probably like... Gen Alpha sorta? I think. They were mainly referencing the 'hard to handle attention' (...No comment, Tiktok is the only thing to say) and 'that girl there is watching you' (on the video the theory was posted, this line was instead 'that baby there is watching you'). Basically the 'that baby there is watching you' meant as in how children copy what they see other people do (as in us). Thats most of what i remember from this theory, but i honestly really like this idea

HI im just here to drop my own interpretation of this! might definitely be off but its worth a shot? what im thinking is: the song is from the pov of someone who experiences heavy paranoia from being judged/watched by others at a young age, which carries into their adolescence (maybe theyre a younger minor in high school, due to the “abandoned school” and mentions of earrings and perfume.) the singer turns to self-mutilation to satisfy themselves and hopefully others.. but it backfires, and quite literally. they end up shooting themselves (with presumably a beretta 92 pistol) to make their paranoia stop, challenging their thoughts with a “try me” kind of attitude the name of the song itself has some meaning too! angel 92 (as in the angel number) is related to creativity and expression of emotion, so they could be challenging “angel 92” as in their thoughts or “creativity.” ofc, this is all up to speculation! i love interpreting these songs, so please let me know if i misinterpreted the lyrics here :)

Since you mentioned about some Japanese theories mentioning drugs, i'll try to see how the lyrics connect to that. Obvious major trigger warning for mentions and discussions of drugs. As my Japanese is not very fluent and kinda rusty, take this with a big grain of salt. I mean I also feel like this analysis has gone way off board lol. A couple of lyrics mention about clusetered holes on limbs, this could possibly reference needle marks from intravenous drug use. The descriptions of paranoia adds to this theory since stimulants can cause psychosis, especially paranoid ones. The lyrics "It's not worth the trouble" may be about om how drugs destroy you in the long run and just not worth getting into. One interesting I'd like to mention related to this theory is that intravenous meth use seems common in Japan. Moreso than some western countries i think. Some old Japanese anti-meth PSAs (you can find them on youtube) mainly depict syringes so i guess needles are more associated with meth rather than heroin. I used to have a Japanese acquaintance who was a meth addict and he was kind of surprised that smoking meth was the more common way of doing meth (rather than injecting). I adore this song - I think what really stands out about the tone as compared to other Maretu songs is the narrator's lucidity and defiance, despite the disturbing topics she's singing about - drug addiction, failed institution, proverty, prostitution - I think it reads a lot more to me like a song about retribution, with the reference to weaponry and when you pair it with the religious imagery, specifically how it's defiled at the end.
