It was super popular here in The Netherlands as well. And you're right, what a masterpiece it is. This song never fails to pull me into it and shed a tear or two. One of my favorite songs of all time.
I can vividly remember being 5 years old and screaming this song from the top of my lungs when it was on the radio, but since I didn’t know any english words back then, the things I sung weren’t real words, which made it very hard to search this song on youtube. Congratulations!!! Been there.. it took me two years to find "More" by Usher. I coulden't remember any of the words, and I didn't know the artist. All I could remember was the melody, I had nothing else to go on! I have sung that melody to so many different people ,hoping that someone would know. but no one ever did. I was about to give up, but then one day, driving my car, there it was! On the radio! like a miracle! It's my miracle song!

Nach all den Jahren seiner Erscheinung mag ich den Song immer noch gern hören. Die Stimme von Maria Mena ist sehr ausdrucksstark und man versteht auch ohne englische Sprachkenntnisse worum es in dem Lied geht.
have adored this since it came out - it is still the best song ever for describing that need to be held that you cannot vocalise because it needs to be unasked for to have an effect - her voice is phenomenal in this and the world didnt notice

My gosh, how I lost this in my memories...?? So good I found it today casually! Impossible to forget this voice and her "I-I-I-I-I-I I can ...", it hit me as soon as I heard the notes before she actually sang it. I was looking for another great song of her "You're the only one", I've also heard today after many years.
