Mariah Carey performing I Don't Wanna Cry during her Las Vegas residency, The Butterfly Returns at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace on February 15, 2019.
@@jennavecialove9654 You can tell is also 150% live even Trey Lorenz with his baaaby full control on her belts even if they aren’t as wide as they were the sound is no longer broken and the same was in London in the caution Tour
JamesCloud the pressure of knowing she has to do it perfect otherwise she will be destroyed by the haters. At concerts she knows lambs loves her regardless she doesn’t do it perfect, she is relaxed with lambs
@@MegaJellyNelly omg exactly!! What haters don't realize is that she hit her lowest note AFTER her prime, enlargening her known range after her prime! She hit an F2 in Bliss, from the 1999 Rainbow album, 3 years after her prime ended! All while still being able to hit her highest notes, like she was able to do in her prime. In her prime she went from A2 to B7, C#3-Bb7 live. After her prime she went from F2 to Bb7 LIVE!!! She lost her voice... like what are we talking about?! Yes her upper belts deteriorated a lot, but on the other hand her mid belts and her lower register are better than ever now! It's not all about the high notes, most can't hit lows!
@@federicoraggio8111 Exactly!! Couldn't have said it better, this decade especially her RESONANCEE and timbre has been fluorishing! Like Okay she has trouble sustaining anything above C#5 but she has so much more. And about low notes, like look at Giving Me Life..m the WHOLE song is low notes, cmonnn
Well well well, for those odious detractors who say and talk shit that she forgot to sing or that she doesn't stitch with thimble on every note of her initial songs, here is a version of Mariah Carey, very much of her, very personal and fantastic in every sense of the word. She can do that and much more and the cool thing is that she sings them as she wants.🤷🏻♂️👌🏻💯🎶🎶🎶
Her whiskey tones really suit this song far better than prime voice did. (And I loved Mariah in her prime, but this melancholy song really does better with her mature voice.)
Wow Mariah it's been 34 years since you started your legendary career and you still got that iconic voice that I had the privilege to hear when I first bought your cassette, not CD in 1993 with all those unforgettable hits and I will forever cherish this song because that same year my grandmother passed away and I listened to the whole cassette and couldn't for the life of me stop crying because I had just lost my grandmother, who in 1977 became my legal guardian when my father and mother passed away. So I treasure and keep your music close to my heart because it gives me hope to live on no matter what may come or happen. Thank you for the memories.👍🙏🙏✌️💚🎹🎤🎸
@@Nic_Bsm na vdd ela gravou com 18/19 anos pq é do primeiro álbum. De fato, cobrar que ela cante como no Debut após 30 anos de carreira é bizarro e temos que entender que cordas vocais envelhecem e ta td bem.
