INGREDIENTS
- 200g/7oz mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp parsley
- half a lemon
- 70ml / 0.3cup of olive oil
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt
Any variety of fresh mushrooms, such as shiitake, shimeji mushrooms can be marinated.
