Nothing new or anything that I made myself. This is Simply just what happens when you go onto Battle mode via CTGP. My guess is that this happens as the slots for the battle courses are used with multiple custom tracks and so the courses relay onto the Luigi Circuit slot which I don't think is used (it sounds a lot better in my head). Also, the Battle mode that you find Online has now been replaced with "Countdowns" however this could happen before Countdown's existence.
Either or, Battle mode is not intended for CTGP in the slightest, hence why if you attempt to battle on it, it would simply crash your game (as it did in the video).
