Andressa doing the right thing, Oliver will outlive everyone he knows on Thraxa even his own mother so he has to go with Mark on Earth with a long better live with Mark and Debbie who are also his family! As soon Nolan gets to see Oliver again he’ll already be a teenager, but I’m glad he’s having a brotherly and mother bond with his new family. ❤❤❤
Which probably explains why Oliver hates humanity. All the other universes, the cycle of hatred. Oliver doesn’t connect with humanity because of what they have done to his mother and brother. Because of Angstrom Levy.
@@excaliburn3d True. I mean their whole species is about not dwelling on things for too long. I can't really see them inventing cameras, a device that exists solely to have you dwell on its contents. But who knows, maybe they did and I'm just an idiot.
@@saphirebandit93 That actually makes me more sad.. When he grows up he'll have the knowledge and the memory to know who Andressa was, why he left with Mark and the reason he won't ever see his real Mom again...
It's interesting how the Viltrumites live thousands of years and have very little value for life, while the Thraxans only live one year and find life very fulfilling.
Giving up or not, it's hard for any parents to accept their fate in the end and let their children go. Anyone would want to be with their child when they are in deep pain, or in final moments. She knew what she had to do, but it literally gut wretching to let them go in hopes of a better life. She knew that, but she did it anyway. That's what makes her selfless.
She would never see him grow up and she needed to know someone would be there for him. Mark said it himself that his father would have him when all others are gone, now he can do the same for his brother.
Oliver is both his step brother and his half brother. He is a half brother because they share a parent - Nolan. He is a step brother because Nolan married Oliver's mother. Half brother describes biological relationships. Step brother describes the legal state of the family. You can have a step brother who is also your half brother, you can have a step brother who isn't your half brother, and you can have a half brother who isn't your step brother. Oliver is both step and half brother to Mark.
@@georgeprchal3924 No, it doesn't. You think one is more important than the other, but that is entirely subjective. There are other people who think that step is more important than half, and again, you can be both at the same time.
@@JohnWall-lj1mx he'll live for thousand of years and his aging will eventually slow down to that of a viltrumites. the only difference, he'll be in his 30's when he's only like, 15
Once the Viltrumite side kicks all the way in his aging will slow considerably. Mark has the potential to live thousands of years while his brother will probably live a few hundred years short of that
I can partly see that being the case. Nolan said the aging process slows down the older they get(furthering the idea is how I think he said everyone he knows will be dead before he’s looks in his 30s) So I can see some evening out with a mix of a species that has a life span of a couple of months.
So many people in this universe are made cruel by their suffering. It's easy to forget why you're saving them. Mark needed to see this unwavering love and kindness from a people he blames himself for harming. They know he is their hero. They see it in everything he's done for them.
Saddest part is Oliver can remember all of this vividly he is Lucid and aware like a fully formed persons conscious he remembers his mother and all his people he even states so himself in the comics. It’s why he holds a deep hate for the viltrumites he vividly remembers them attacking his planet and his later years
You're confused. That's NOT his stepbrother. Oliver is his HALF brother. There's a difference: If she already had a kid when Nolan met her, then married her, he would be his stepbrother. But, seeing as though Nolan 'did the thing' with her, in turn getting her pregnant, it makes the child his relative; his half-brother. To simplify: If a kid shares the same father or mother biologically, that makes them relatives. But if they don't share blood, and if someone who has a kid from a previous lover, marries into the family, that would make them their step-sibling.
She has an amazing heart. But damn I still can't belive Omni-Man got past the Mantis face enough to tap that. Either man was down horrendous, imagining someone else, or is freaky deaky like that.
I’m not so sure how okay people are gonna be with a purple kid walking among them. Then again they were cool with a giant, talking fish, a Martian, and a kid that turns into a monster, so I think people’s feelings might be mixed.
I was wondering why she wanted them to leave so soon when she could have had at least a few more days or weeks with her son, but I wonder if maybe she could feel her health about to take a bad turn and didn’t want her son to remember her like that, as well as actually be able to watch her son take off in the ship rather then to be stuck in some hospital bed when he’s gone
Honestly, I probably would have just waited another day or two if I were Mark. It wouldn't be that big of a deal as Mark but it'd basically be the rest of Andressa's life.
Change the title to half brother not stepbrother there’s a difference. A stepbrother is a brother that’s not related to you. A half brother has your blood. You have the same parent but you each have a different parent.
