As a German and fan of Dire Straits, I live in Paraguay for almost 20 yrs. and I say it's one of the best places to live nowadays that the whole world turned crazy, Mark Knopfler FOREVER!!!!!
I am so proud to be from Paraguay and even more so when I hear a giant like Mark singing this beautiful song. Aguyjevete ko purahei che rétame guaräre.
If we only could stop time or live in a never ending circle... Grow up whit dire straits as young boy al the lovely memories... Growing older and still have the priviliege to lissen on mark knopfler ....this is something to be greatful for...may you live long time master knopfler..
Mark has been with me with his fantastic music since the late 70's and I actually love everything he has done since then. He is a part of my life with his music and I am grateful for every album he releases.
Great song. I am a big fan of Mark Knopfler, and I am also lucky enough to have been to Paraguay.
I heard this song called Postcard From Paraguay. I couldn't remember the title, so I searched for it for two years. But then Paraguay came to mind, so I searched it on RU-vid. Oh God! I finally know exactly what Knopfler’s song is! Now all that's left is Knopfler came to Korea Please let me perform I'm praying Please come to Korea
I'm 17 and been listening to his music for a couple years now, I can't go a day with out my daily dose of mark, I seem to have a favorite song everyday, he is a legend. marks the main reason I picked up a guitar and now I have my own stratocaster and play everyday and I'm finally getting my travis picking down.
Thank you so much! Knopfler is not just a great artist! To me, he is the greatest artist! Although I am happy with the current performance, It would be even better if you performed in Korea! Do you think I would be happier if you come to Korea and perform? Dear Mark! The greatest musician in my world! Please come to Korea! ♡♡♡♡♡♡
Mark took a nice sence of some southamerican melodies and created a delicated song . very nice. Very nice remembering of the magical South America. And this type of melodies are specially from 3 areas: Bolivia. Peru and North Argentina. Magical places
Vraiment M.K ... you are the BEST !

I've heard this song before, but I can't remember the title. But one day, Paraguay came to mind. I immediately went to RU-vid and searched, and this song popped up. I was so happy. Thank you very much for listening to this great song. Please come to the concert in Korea too.
This very performance, back when it aired, played a substantial role in strengthening my interest in the guitar and great guitar music. Such a beautiful melody and playing...
Mark - very few people on this Earth have the real power to send this kind of positive energy ( people call it different ways, but everyone knows what I mean ), and You are definitely one of the few and many other songs have this special feeling when You don't realize that You are already smiling since a while and You can't stop it.
seriously I love just about anything you do...I have loved you and I loved your work since well I don't remember when...though I am not a musician I am an artist and from one artist to another you are one of the best out there...you know there aren't many originals left in this world...you are an inspiration...thank you...have a wonderful day from Flagstaff AZ USA

You know what i absolutely love about Knofler? My grandpa introduced to his music, as he was a very big fan aswell. Ofcourse i started off by just knowing his biggest songs like Sultans of Swing, Telegraph Road, Brother in Arms and so on... But after some time you start to develop your own taste and you dive deeper into someones music. That brought me to this song. Personally one of my favourites. The feeling of peace and positivity that the melody alone brings is unmatchable. Knofler really got hits in every corner of his repertoire.
