I was confused now I know that She was Sonny Liston illegitimate daughter, Sense little she would get in fights with bullies at school and she even broke a boys nose and she would tell me her daddy taught her to box. But isn't it a good thing that there is a song about a man who lived the life he had and left behind such a sad story. There are a number of biographies about the life and death of Sonny Liston. Perhaps, if you want a more in-depth exploration of his life you could start there.
