Gh Gh you can always extend your range though. If you can’t hit low notes then you practice singing in lower tones, the same with high notes- even whistle notes.
Angel 505 first of all I didn’t even know you could hit high notes and low notes at the same time??? :) coming from a singer lower notes are way harder for me and it’s different for everyone so you literally have no say how hard or easy it is.

Better than the original. You can understand the lyrics better and you feel the lyrics more. The emotion, the rasp, the depth makes it so much more pleasurable to listen to. Just imo…so crazy fans please save me the lecture.
u are obviously entitled to ur own opinion :) and i do agree that this version is a lot more unique, raw, and emotional. but i don’t think the original is inferior. ariana put a lot of meeting into it and she naturally does a more stylized, breathy, and ethereal vocal performance in most of her songs which is why you can’t understand the lyrics as well on that style. but then again it’s ur opinion on which one seems more pleasurable, i just wanted to preface that :)
When would people understand that a cover IS NOT a competition but a sign of respect and admiration?. Just stop comparing and enjoy both versions, cause they are both amazing artists with different styles and voices. That's it.
God why is she so good at covers for no reason? Any artist should be proud to have their song covered by this woman. You know she will never disrespect your art while still adding her own flare to it

This cover is so incredibly beautiful and passionate. I felt all the feels because of the the depth she has in her voice, and the instrumentals add to the emotion. I am absolutely in love with this version. I think Miley is one of the best vocalists of this generation!

That's definitely why I prefer miley, Ariane skips the "picking it up" parts when she sings it live, she only does the belts. It takes a lot of voice control to make those switches as smooth as miley does. She doesn't need back up singers to do it for her.
