Picking up accounts is the number one pain point of any startup. I view marketing like a train... Slow to start up but once that momentum happens it's hard to stop... You end up getting jobs simply by people seeing you work, and they come to you like you're the ice cream truck or something.

Sometimes the construction company will hire you or if they sub out the cleaning a janitorial company may subcontract you as well. Construction companies tend to look for the cheapest not the best!

If I could write my own routes from what I know my company provides. you could make TONS of money. but, it's really the good with the bad. It's 3 decent, one mom and pop store front and maybe a restaurant and you'll come across a good one with windows that have to be polled(20+ feet) so your making good money.

raising the price of store fronts.. seems to be where it was at fish since the last time i did them commercially is about the same but with biden it might go up 15%. hopefully. duno about residentially. i've been back for about a month or so. so, still winter.

never a bad time to start, Fall can be a very busy season, shorter then the spring season but will just get you better prepared for spring

What are y’all’s thoughts on Facebook ads? I have been really investing a lot in Facebook ads. I haven’t seen much ROI, but I’m thinking it’s mainly helping me stay in front of potential clients. Along with door hangers, flyers , etc . Do you think I’m on the right track with Facebook ads? Or should I be looking at other marketing strategies?

I don't recommend paying Facebook they hide your ads most of the time!! Join local Facebook groups and here and there post pictures of your work and your company!! I get a lot of jobs like that free!! I also make a lot from Google and local news paper👌

I really like FB ads. SUPER targeted and trackable. I really think you should be everywhere tho. You want to catch people no matter where they are. BUT you need to split test EVERYTHING ~Jersey
