Imagine hypothetically taking u yourself your car , to Mars with all the fuel u have a spare tire, and no equipment to keep your vehicle operational. It would last you as long as u had fuel, and may serve as temporary shelter but eventually you would probably have to move away from it to find resources on a planet u don't even really know.
